Parking can be tricky because it's in a garage, but they have great signage to guide you in and they validate your ticket, so it's free. Nice place. Service was top notch-very attentive and pleasant. No lingering or rushing. Food was good and the restaurant has a nice vibe. Music's a little loud, but not an issue. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. We'll go back, for sure.

Joe, our waiter was fantastic. He provided multiple exceptional recommendations and was very patience as we were deciding what we wanted to order. Do not miss this hidden gem off of Northside!

We had: brussels sprouts, fish nachos, fried chicken, burgers, pork shoulder, stroganoff, and the flatiron steak. All were fantastic. Come hungry!

AJ was awesome! The stone crabs were also a nice surprise on the menu and we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a wonderful dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The New Years Eve prix fixe menu was fabulous. So many interesting plates to choose from. And the price for 3 courses ($79) was very reasonable. Already looking forward to another similar ( our third) feast on Dec 31, 2026.

Local Three is one of my favorite go-to places. It never disappoints. Everything from the Sunday brunch, to New Year's Eve dinner, to the chef's table, or burgers at the bar -- service, drinks, and food are always on point. I leave well-fed and very happy every time!

Local Three never disappoints. We go for the Sunday Brunch and love it! The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and polished, and the service is outstanding. We celebrated my birthday here this year and at least two other years. Food was fantastic, creatively curated, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will be back.
