The names of their food is hilarious and very creative.. They also had good customer service.. However, after waiting a long time for our food.. The fries were Cold! I couldn't enjoy my experience because my order was incorrect and my fries were cold! The pickles was the bottom of the barrel... Also, the price for two meals was $42! Two Kiss burgers fries included but we paid extra for the drinks $5.. I wasn't happy with my experience

The fries are good, took along time to get our food. The burger was greasy. It's was very expensive for a fast food restaurant. Paid 50 bucks for 2 burgers, 2 drinks (lemondade and a diet coke) and fries. Probably won't be back, get a better deal anywhere else.

Pollitan Row-Peachtree Corners LOL BURGER BAR. Ridiculous up charge to not have something as simple as mustard not put on your burger. We had to pay an additional $2.00 to make a âcustom burgerâ that did not have mustard on it. No logic here. Wouldnât it be the opposite in which you pay more for adding condiments etc? Especially when they are making it right in front of you. Wonât be back.

Laugh out loud at this âburger spot.â Once of the truly most overhyped restaurant experiences of my life. It is a shame that Ssam burger is gone. You can experience the ghost of the place in the new and impaired burger spot. The âkimchiâ is the closest thing to the former Sam burger glory, but that was some of the worst kimchi Iâve ever eaten. Certainly not homemade and why were our buns cold? I do not understand what people see in this place. The food only barely surpasses the service which was practically non existent. If youâre in the area, do NOT go here and just go to Hankook taqueria down the street

Stopped in after reading local reviews! We are from out of town. Food was really good for a quick grab and go lunch! Itâs what will call a â hole in the wallâ Which seem to always be the best places to eat!

i miss Ssam burger.
This place need a deep cleaning it got gnats everywhere ,sticky tables their prices are really high, but youâre getting shitty service a cashier canât even take your order. Iâm allergic to tomatoes, but they tell me they canât substitute the tomato. I just have to take it off that is really stupid is disgusting not worth the hype. I see the owner is telling people to be patient but the prices is still high. If you telling us to be patient take down the price cause your service is down 100%. No shakes or anything. Donât waste your time here

I took my kiddies for the Krabby Patty meal. We drove 45 minutes to get there. Upon arriving there it was an hour wait. They didn't have any efficient system set up to meet the demand of people's orders for the Krabby Patty. They had 1 cashier up front. I have three children, I ordered the Krabby Patty Meal $16.99 (which was expected because it's a specialty meal) the 3 kids had a burger and fry meal, and two kiddie chicken tenders meals which were $8.99 a piece. I was appalled that upon ordering the kiddie meals and my Krabby Patty meal the drinks were all sold separately for an extra added $3.00. The menu had no wings and no shakes. My total came up to $65.00. I was on the verge of just taking them to Chick Fil A but we stayed since we came all that way. As we waited they had us listening to slow jams from the 90s and 2000s which just did not set the atmosphere for a restaraunt. As some of us waited many other customers walked in to order their food but walked out because the wait was so long. In the meantime I had to take my little girl to use the restroom. We walk around the narrow hallway to the back of the restaraunt, the floor becomes disgusting and sticky and there's boxes blocking the hallway in the corner to get to the bathrooms. The bathroom was so disgusting. She had to use it really badly. I contemplated taking her somewhere else outside of the restaurant, next door there's a cigar lounge which you could smell the cigars in the restaraunt, and across the street was a gas station. Neither option was a choice. The floor in this bathroom was so sticky w dried up p.iss on the floor, the walls look like they hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. The sink, disgusting, had black mold around the caulk areas and the inside of the sink was extremely dirty with black streaks and burger suace splattered. We all had to touch the same paper towel roll to dry our hands which was located on the back of the toilet. It looked like they hadn't cleaned that bathroom in 3 days. By this point both my daughter and I are quite disgusted by the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food still hadn't come out yet and they were complaining they were ready to go home. Our food never came as a party after us got their food. I went up to the lone cashier and asked him where our food was, so he went to the back to ask. He stayed back there for a while, another couple came in and we were all just awkwardly standing there looking at an empty cash register counter. He finally comes back out quickly with my burger in hand and the kids food and was like you're up. And im like well yeah, you just went back there and told them to fix the meals as we were forgotten about. Then he asks "uh, what kind of drinks yall had?" Im like look at the receipt you're supposed to know. (I thought these things, didn't say it out loud) but I was perplexed atp. So i told him our drinks and he grabbed them out of the refrigerator. I gave the food 4 stars because although the burgers did not disappoint, the chicken tenders were small and over cooked and should've come with a drink, especially it being a kids meal.I was expecting Long Horns/TGI Fridays type of tenders and they were these mediocre tiny tenders for this to be a specialty restaraunt that tauts good burgers. All of the food should be the same across the board for the prices they charge. I ate the burger there but finished the rest of my food in the car. I was simply ready to go. I finally drank the lemonade I ordered and it too was the cheap, powder, stivia sugar drink. My eldest daughter ordered the strawberry lemonade and said it tasted weird. Like serve homemade lemonade if you're going to charge the premium prices that you charge. Serve quality drinks and tenders, clean the bathroom and care about what your restaraunt looks like, have a better serving system for high traffic orders. The few workers who I saw who came in and out didn't even speak to the customers. Although the food was good was it worth a 4

Took 45 minutes to get my friends food so he ended up just cancelling his order. The guy was actually a super cool dude but overall I spent $23 on a burger with fries and a side of some super average mac and cheese. Good burger but not worth it overall.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. We visited for Saturday lunch since we were in West Midtown doing some furniture shopping. We ordered 2 burgers and fries at 2pm for dine in. This is a fast casual restaurant where you place your order on a computer screen without assistance. We received our burgers 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Ridiculous. As for the burger and fries. Burger was marginal. Toppings and sauces were good but too much sauce and bun and not enough meat. Fries were luke warm and similar style to 5 Guys but not as good. Restaurant was unkempt and dirty. Bathrooms and hallway to bathrooms were disgusting. $38 and 1.5 hours of our lives wasted to a local poorly managed restaurant.

This is my third time trying LOL burger and the BYOB turkey and impossible burger are always good along with the fries. I have two things that I can say that may affect customer service with the restaurant. Iâm also a small black business so customer service is important to me. I will definitely come back for the food but I dislike how I ask the employee for no ice in my lemonade and he said they are not able to accommodate no ice in beverage because it donât meet their standards if he donât present a cold beverage. Iâm confused, if I ask for no ice as a CUSTOMER then it will meet my standards. My personal opinion, If there a issue with consumption of your handmade lemonade then I would think it will be best to sell them in the bottles and place them with the sodas (refrigerator) to keep up with consumption and meet your standards of presenting a cold beverage. Secondly, you are using the kiosk to place your order like you will do online. Not much face to face customer - employee interactions if you have questions etc.
