Good burger, but not good enough to supplant my personal Top 3, particularly at the price.

If your selling something you should have pictures of your actual products. Its my personal opinion that you should not support a business that uses AI especially one that has such disturbing images? Why does the kids burger have eyes?! Burger was fine.

Everything about this place was a 10 or of 10! Talk about hidden GEM! I'll definitely be back FORSURE! AND RICKY WAS AMAZING. HE HAS THE WARMEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD. Every single flavor from every ingredient is perfectly alined and in sync.I couldn't be more impressed.

We were going to the burger place across the street, but we figured out that it was vegan and we didn’t want that. We saw this place across the street and decided to stop in. They have good reviews, the place looks clean and Ricky was truly amazing. He explained everything to us and was very courteous. We laughed at the small chairs in the establishment as they look like kid chairs, and kid tables. There were a couple of taller seats, but they were already taken, it’s not a large place and you order on the two kiosks they have upfront. The main burgers you can’t modify, but you can build your own and they allow five free toppings, which is a good amount for a person needing to modify their burger.
Because they only have one cook, the orders took over 30 minutes, which is a long time for a burger and fries. Other guests were visibly agitated, but I can imagine with two cooks and an additional front person that they move much faster on a normal day. We ordered three burgers. Again, Ricky is a Jewel, he continued to comfort us and update us and offer us anything for our wait. That’s professional and the reason why I kept my rating four star. Some guys order through Ricky‘s register instead of the kiosk because they had so many questions and that slowed us up and they do tell you that the burgers are made to order…
The burger looks perfect and is indeed juicy/good beef quality/soft bun/well seasoned, but it did taste like something made at the house. The placement of the toppings made my burger bun wet and not hold (option: toast bun-could slow the cook down more) (option-change toppings placement). The Cajun fries didn’t taste Cajun and were very salty to the point of inedible. They are a very good choice of fries, next time I would order without any seasoning. Which makes me think the lemon pepper burger may be way too salty. I was about to order the wings, but I don’t like jumbo wings.
I like that they work with a local artist to help push the artist and the artist helps push the company. That’s smart and cool and some Atlanta type stuff. The lemonades options were cool. At this diabetic age, I’m adding water to my sweetened beverages lol. I like to support my people. We are glad we stopped by and supported this business and tipped Ricky appropriately for his great service.

Not a fan, could be better considering all the other premium burger joints in the city. Too expensive for what I had almost $20 for a meal. I try to support black people but this wasn't it. The lady was nice she tried to be helpful. I'm not a fan of kiosks especially if you have no customers and I'm right in front of you that was my first turn off. Service is big for me then the price. I like to be served and take my order.

Ordered takeout online thru Toast. Restaurant isn't even open and now I have to jump thru 87 hoops the get a refund. Do not order online from this place or thru toast.

I did a random stop since I was hungry, and what a great surprise I got with this place.
It small with a few tables, they have dine in and take out. The service was excellent, the guy in the counter helped me choose the wet lemon pepper burguer combo, which was amazing, a lot of food, well seasoned, tasted amazing. Very happy about it. I would recommend it and go back again whenever I feel like eating burgers.

We had the vegan BYOB (build your own burger) with salted fries, and everything was absolutely amazing. The burger was flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly customized, and the fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted.
The cookies and cream milkshake was incredibly rich, creamy, and honestly the highlight of the meal. Definitely recommend getting a milkshake.
Ricky was amazing and made our first time there even better. He was super helpful, friendly, and very accommodating, which really added to the overall experience.
Everything was delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend Milkshake from Lol Burger Bar!
