The food was good but the restaurant could use a make over.

As the last dine in patrons we were treated with 100% customer service especially driving about 8 miles with 2 Capt. D's within 4 miles of our home!!!

Was impressed. The outside needs some updating and cleaning. Customer service was outstanding. Food was good and tasty. Would have given 5 stars if not for the general outside appearance.
Awesome visit today. The manager was helpful and multi-tasking very well. This is the only Long John Silver's that I would visit in Atlanta, GA (May 2019)

My theee-star rating, is based off overall food rather than the story I'm about to tell. Through the drive-thru, I ordered a FISH KIDS MEAL and the following ensues. At the box, I proceed to tell the cashier, "I would like a fish kids meal with a Pepsi, slaw, and a hush puppy." The cashier counters with, "Oh, kids' meals don't come with hush puppies." I then say, "Ma'am, I'm reading your board and it says, COMES WITH ONE SIDE, A HUSH PUPPY, AND A DRINK." She responds, "Oh yeah, it does come with a hush puppy." Once to the window she advises my total is $4.35, so I pass her a twenty-dollar bill. Mind you, my sole purpose of stopping here is to get change for a $20 and to get a snack to hold me to dinner. When I get my change, it's $14.65! I begin counting thoroughly, in case some of the ones were stuck together. When the cashier returns, I attempt returning the bills and receipt to her and tell her that my change was $14.65 but should've been $15.65. Rather than take it, she replies (with a bit of an attitude), "Oh, well, I owe you a dollar." Like, Lil Bihhhhh this ain't how it works!!!! I'm not saying she tried to cheat me. I'm not even saying it's the person whose name appears on this receipt. But I do know, if she scams a dollar off every customer that comes through her line, she can make a killing!!!! #IfItLooksLikeADuck #IfItQuacksLikeADuck #ItsADamnDuck

Greasy and nothing to brag about customer service. I been here before and they were way better.

It's a tough neighborhood and traffic is rough but this location servers up LJS the way it's supposed to be served. The okra is tender, fresh and fried to perfection. My clams were great and I had enough to share with my spouse. The restaurant fills up quickly and stays pretty busy. They do a pretty brisk drive through as well. Hope your visit is as good as ours was.

It looks a little run down, but the food was fresh hot and Good! ( burned my lips 3 times, trying to eat it too fast). The manager and people were so sweet. ( the okra looked like it just fell out of the garden). My wife went nuts over them
