I ordered a lunch plate with mash potatoes but got no mash potatoes
You know what you're going to get at Longhorns', ...but, what's pleasantly evident about this particular place in Toco Hills, is the service.

Unfortunately my porterhouse was thin and overcooked, the waitstaff made it right by cooking a new one but it extended the wait time and the rest of the party was done eating by the time my dinner arrived.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a longhorn. The food was perfection the service was fast and accurate. Andrew was polite and made sure we had everything we needed and that our food was cooked properly. The flavor of the food was amazing and steak was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back to this location.

The waiters can be overwhelmed but overall the food is good!
TLDR: If you are picky about how your steak is cooked, look your waiter or waitress dead in the eyes and tell it to them twice and with passion.
Took us a while to get our drinks and food. I had to request a waiter remind them to bring out two of our drinks. I requested a second helping of bread, but it never came. Granted our food came moments later so that wasn't a big deal. But I ordered my steak medium rare and what they brought out was medium-well, so I had to send it back. It took them ~25 minutes to bring the second steak out. The second steak, however, was to my liking, and I happily ate it all. The asparagus and brussels were fine. when we paid for our check we put it on one tab, but we never got the itemized receipt, and it was hard to find our waitress to request it.
I think I forgot an item behind so I called the next day to see if they had it, and after speaking with an employee I was put on hold for 15 minutes and counting. I am trying to reach them on three separate lines and it's practically impossible.
Save your time. Get yourself to Rio or Beef or some cheap Brazilian steakhouse. No frills, but all you can eat steak for $25, and you don't have to wait for it. Miles better than longhorn.

It took 45 minutes to get a group of 13 seated when the whole place was empty food is not cooked to satisfaction. It took forever to get drinks.
Parking: Parking spots are too small for vehicles

The server did the best he could. Robert was an excellent server BUT the manager for the night Amanda acted very poorly. Two out of my four guest food was made very poorly. The food was sent back multiple times and every time came back incorrectly. When addressed to the manager she displayed a heavy lack of understanding and made every effort to not give my guest a proper explanation, apology or accommodation. Not because of the cooks ( because people have bad days) , not because of the server but because of Amanda the manager tonight. I will not be returning.

Excellent food and service. I had the 9 oz. Flos Fillet with the Loaded Baked Potato and Mac and cheese my wife has the Salmon with Shrimp and Asparagus. The best part was the Chocolate Stampede.
Our sever was Kemdelphia who gets 20 stars for her service.

Lately this location has had a serious problem with service. I am assuming they are under staffed and struggling because there are more people waiting for a table than are actually sitting at a table. They offer online seating, which says there is no wait, then we arrived and told it was 20 minutes to wait. I understand trying to stagger seating, but this is at 4pm when the volume is moderately low between lunch and dinner.

First we get there and the host said it would be about 20 mins for a table of 4 and we waited an hour before we got seated. Had we known it was gonna take that long we would have found something else. We had our 2 year old son and my fiance had to work early the next day. Once we got seated it took a while before our waiter came to the table we order drinks, all of us got water and an appetizer and then waited another 10mins+ waiting for our drinks while we watched the waiter stand by the bar. After getting our drinks we place our order my fiance and brother got the outlaw bone in ribeye, I order a burger with fries and a BBQ sauce on the side, I order the signature mac and cheese for my son specifically stating that I wanted fries and the mac was for my son. After a while we got our appetizer we order the parmeson artichoke dip and it was great. Then they brought our food out and instead of getting fries the mac was on my plate as a side and no bbq sauce. We were already frustrated at this point and I was already pissed to even wanna wait for fries to be cooked. The burger was just okay. The ribeyes were good according to my brother and fiance. The mac and cheese was good. At no point did the waiter fill our waters when they were empty my brother ending up drinking my sons water because we literally didn't get a single refill the whole time. Our server was Robert, don't know if he was new or just wanted to hang at the bar but be attentive to your tables. We literally only saw him when he brought our drinks out, the food out, and to get our check.
Kid-friendliness: Brought our 2 year old son and he enjoyed the coloring page, the parmersan artichoke dip, and the signature mac and cheese.
