LongHorn Steakhouse

This had to be the worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant
The waitress Anne was very sweet and very accommodating right on top of things
Unlike the chef who couldn’t cook a steak if he tried first time it came out it was raw cold and wouldn’t be able to be eaten by even a caveman anne was sweet enough to go get another steak, which was just as raw and uneditable
I am far from a food critic, but if the chef can’t cook a steak, maybe he needs to go and flip pancakes at the IHOP
I was looking forward to having a nice steak, potato and salad for a nice lunch and expected a decent meal, but I will never visit at least this restaurant ever again

Came in for an interview on a position posted 12/2. Arriving in person I was told that they are not hiring for that position.

While attempting to find a table to do an interview for an unknown position we had trouble as the dining room was messy and it was just a weird experience. The manager, Monica, was a bit off putting.

The ambiance at Toco Hills is exceptional. The staff is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers. This Longhorn in Toco Hills truly stands out as one of the best.

Absolutely wonderful!! My coworkers and I got meals from here for Thanksgiving dinner and it was outstanding!! My salmon, shrimp, asparagus, and rice was delicious and portions were perfect!! Definitely would recommend and will be back!!

I walked in and there was nobody at the hostess stand. After about 10 minutes someone finally walked up and sat me at a table. I waited over ten minutes for my server to greet me and never showed so I got up and left. On my way out the door I told the hostess that the server never showed and thanked them anyway. The hostess didn't offer any assistance and offered no apology. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

We had a great experience at LongHorn thanks to our server, Samantha. She was attentive without ever feeling pushy, and she had a really positive attitude the whole time. She made great recommendations and made sure everything came out just right. Really appreciated her energy and professionalism. Thank you Samantha!

GREAT FOOD & SERVICE! We had dinner after landing at ATL on our way to the hotel. We had the sweetest hostess and our server Joshawn was AMAZING! Even on a busy Friday night he was kind, attentive, and provided over the top with excellent service! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

This is one of the better Longhorn locations. Food was fresh & delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Wife & I ate dinner here last night and had the pleasure of having Joshawn J. as our server. When I say he's the most professional, attentive & friendly server I've ever experienced eating at Longhorn, please believe me. Joshawn made my Wife and I dinning experience a pleasant one. He takes pride in his job(which seems to be a rare trait these days)and it shows in his actions. I rate this visit 5/5

This is probably the worst Longhorn location. Been going to this chain for over 20 years. The wild west shrimp was a complete joke not sure how they put it on a plate and served it. The baby back ribs were not as tender as they used to be. Not to mention how slow the service was. Everything took over 15 min. The server to come greet us, drinks, food, boxes, took forever to pay. We went there on Friday 10/17 around 9 pm. Barely any customers for everything to take this long. Noticed that tables were not getting cleaned for over 30 min which was gross to watch. When we told our server that we were ready to order she said ok and walked away. Came back in 15 min. When I finally got up to find someone to pay after waiting forever I told the manager that things took forever and we need to go. She said are you table 87 I said I don't know. She was “helping”the server I guess and said I have your boxes(holding them literally under her armpits) which was beyond disgusting. The table next to us asked for a coke refill and the food runner said sorry I cant give you a refill I am clocked out. Mindblowing. The service has gone down the drain and so is the food slowly but surely. Unacceptable
