Very very unprofessional. I called to place an order a hour before closing , these folks purposely didn’t answer the phone . . on top of picking up and hanging up . I order from here all the time , very disappointed

Walked in, nobody greeted me. Somebody finally came to the host stand a few minutes later. I put my name on the wait list and was told 20 minutes later. 30 MINUTES went by any my name never got moved up. Another 10/15, still nothing has changed. Finally after an hour, I just cancelled my wait. I’ve never had to wait an hour for a restaurant when half the tables were empty or not cleaned from the previous people that dined. First and last time coming to this location.

Longhorn has really reimagined itself into a faster, more casual and very dollar friendly spot. And the execution seems flawless. Incredibly well priced food that remains hot, fresh and delicious. The service was warm and attentive and the vibe was lively. So lively, in fact, there was a wait for a table for lunch. It seems this corporate titan has really got it figured out now. Well done Longhorn.

We went on Valentine’s Day and I hate that I forgot our servers name but he was well mannered and deserve all of the 40% tip we gave him. He was on point with drinks, sauces, our food.. even though Valentine’s Day was busy he still made it his business to make sure we were good. Thanks again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received last night. The experience was far from what I expected, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. My waiter seemed completely preoccupied and wasn’t present at all when interacting with our table. The appetizer, artichoke dip, was unbearably salty, and the chips were drenched in grease. As for the Outlaw Ribeye I ordered, it was supposed to have a bone in it, but mine didn’t. To top it off, I ordered the infamous raspberry lemonade, but what I got was just regular lemonade with a tiny bit of raspberry juice at the bottom, which I had to mix myself. Even after mixing it, it still tasted like plain lemonade! When I asked the waitress to fix it, she got defensive, claimed she made the drink herself, and then offered to let me add more raspberry mixer, as if I should be doing her job for her. This was beyond frustrating, and I’ll definitely be looking for another location next time. This was not a good experience at all.

Fantastic food Fantastic service
Drove down for my sister's bday. The waiter was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The appetizer stuffed mushrooms were so good I almost ordered them as my entree too. Glad I didn't bc the filet was probably the best I've ever had; it was cooked perfectly med rare and was tender enough to cut with my fork. So good! The broccoli was also delicious: again perfect. I saved the loaded potato for lunch the next day & it was so yummy. 🎇

I came in on a Wednesday and was immediately greeted by a bartender named Eliza. She was very attentive made sure that anything I needed and any questions regarding to the menu that she would be more than happy to help me. She went in detail about the different temperatures of the steaks, her personal recommendations and sides that will complement my meal. I will be back just for Eliza. She was awesome.

Idk what was going on today ,I came in on Feb 11,2025 after my kids valentines dance and the wait time was 15-20 mins which was fine.We were seated in 10 mins and then our waitress came over took our drink orders and appetizer order,shortly after she came to the table and my siblings weren’t paying attention and the waitress came out yelling coke ,after that we placed our order 25 mins they came out telling me and my sister our salmon wasn’t available but honestly the waitress didn’t seem like she cared about us anyway how many times she checked on other tables and walked in and out of the kitchen.We ordered @8:45 and didn’t receive our order didn’t our order until 9:30 and then again our waitress continued checking on other tables and walking pass our table.My mom didn’t enjoy her margarita and we never received refills on our regular drinks.

My niece had called Saturday morning to ask about reservations for a wedding party for 25!Was told ok and her name was already on the list first but when we showed up at the restaurant we were told we would have an hour and a half to two hour wait!Very disappointed!Thank God for Red Lobster for the great hospitality and service they showed us!
