This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a longhorn. I love longhorn and we come here quite a bit. We came to Atlanta to do some shopping and wanted to come to longhorn for our 1 year anniversary before we started our two hour drive back home. We were sitting at our table for 10 minutes before we were greeted for our drinks. Then we had to ask our server for the bread that's supposed to be complimentary. They took our order for appetizers and food at the same time. We waited for our appetizers for 30 minutes before asking a different server about them and then our server informed us they forgot to put them in. I ordered a medium rare steak that came to the table hard as a rock that the steak knife wouldn't even cut through. By the time we had finished eating our food that was half edible and put our leftovers in boxes our appetizer came out cold. The manager said they would take care of it then we got the check with it still on there. At the end of the night they took care of it but we were here for over an hour with horrible food and horrible service.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon with a party of four. The restaurant was pretty empty and we were sat immediately. Once sat, our order did not come out with the right side dishes and the waiter was MIA most of the time. The food itself was decent but the service was definitely disappointing. This is my first time at this location. I'd recommend trying one of the many other restaurants in the area before trying this particular Longhorns.

This table stayed dirty the entire time we were here, the entire restaurant seemed a mess. The waiter took long to serve us. The food was tasty but then we waited forever for the check. They gotta get it together.

So this establishment wouldn't have even gotten the 1 star. Complete disappointment in customer service. I with a party of five and out assigned waiter was Isaiah. He was horrible. No attentiveness at all. It was to the point that we had to ask any working personnel we saw walking around for assistance. The food was your basic Longhorn food so pretty decent. We tried the lamb it was okay but it was cold so who's to say. One of my sides was completely forgotten and it was a salad. Like I said this entire visit was a mess. Hopefully your visit is better than mine.

I was there yesterday 04/02/2024 around 730pm with my 8 yr old daughter and Kaitlin was our server. It took close to 30 mins before our food came. I got a steak and my daughter had a cheese burger (2 people). Mind you the restaurant was at most 50% capacity. Then when my steak came, it was burnt. The whole experience ruined it for my little dinner date with my daughter. Been going to this location for 16 years and now I don't know if I will go again.

It’s pretty great I can stand at the host stand for 15mins and have no one greet me or ask if I need anything. I’ve had multiple workers make eye contact with me but no one can be bothered to ask what I need. I had to go to the bar to have someone actually acknowledge me.If I had to guess the food would be awful based on the “service” they offered tonight. I’d highly recommend not coming to this location unless you want to be ignored. If I could go less than one star I would. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I don't know why we waited so long to go to this location but we finally went after a party this weekend and we were really pleased. The food and our bar tender were amazing. My wife and I just sat and watched our bar tender Cheyenne from a table before we went to the bar and loved how she worked and never looked like she had an attitude. She was so great at one point that we said that she definitely couldn't be from Atlanta. When we finally got to the bar and she took our order, we found out she had been at work since 10 a.m., and it was after 10 pm. at that point.. That really blew our mind... It blew our mind so much that we told her that we wanted to talk to her manager and tell him how great she was... This location will definitely be our spot on the weekends.

I enjoyed my pre-birthday meal tonight. The ambiance was perfect. The drinks were made exactly as I like. The food was great. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken and half slab combo. It was amazing. I had the broccoli and rice pilaf as the sides. It couldn't have been any better.
