Food portions for breakfast are huge, well priced, well made and come out quick. That's not the best part though, the service is 5 star. From the moment we walked up, the charming southern drawl from the super-nice hostess reminded us of home. She was so nice and her greeting, with a huge smile and warmth, made us feel happy to be there. Our server, Michelle was an absolutely amazing server. Whatever she's being paid, isn't enough. She was super-attentive and has an eye for detail. She was very charming and polite and took excellent care of us, all with a beautiful, friendly smile the whole time. We liked the food, but we LOVED her. Great hire!

Steak was cooked perfectly, great place for a quick meal waiting for your next flight. The ladies working were pleasant and efficient and attentive even while busy. Mashed potatoes were delicious as well.

I think I waited longer to talk to someone about my burnt burger than waiting for my actual burger. I then waited over 5 minutes for my waitress to finish talking to the bartender and even longer for the manager. All this just to be told they can’t do anything because I used “quick pay” which is ridiculous, I had to push just to get a card of someone who could help. I WISH I TOOK A PICTURE but the timing of the service was my main problem. It’s amazing I expected an alright experience, travel day just ruined and I’m 90% sure I’m going to be sick later.I won’t mention names because I did initially enjoy the conversation with my waitress. Also who has the entire staff have a meeting in the middle of a shift? I’ve worked restaurant gigs and they’re always at the beginning or end, don’t let me forget it was completely offsite.

This was an airport Longhorns. The server was great. The food wasn't like when you go to a non airport Longhorns.Likely because they are rushing to make it because people need to get on an airplane. The prices are still the same-ish a little higher. But the service at Hartfield Jackson airport in Atlanta was incredible!!

Got to tell you, this was an epic failure of basic customer service and kindness. I walked up and the hostess doesn’t even look at me or greet me. While looking down, she simply called out to me “alcohol only, no food. Kitchen closed”. They were 15 minutes till they’re closing time, however, that is no excuse to not at least greet a Customer when they walk up.

This was absolutely the worst Longhorn experience I have ever experienced. We visit Longhorn weekly and we literally waited at the airport 45 minutes for 2 salads. I watched the manager get into 2 arguments with her staff. I watched people come in be seated and eat then get a to go box while I waited on 2 salads, side salads at that. Shame I on you Longhorn. At least have a leader that can pull it together.
