Atlanta airport concourse A, at the food court; super friendly staff, food was good, savory and easy on the stomach when traveling. There was even a super nice gentleman, named Sunday that was maintaining the food court seating area🥰

I had a wonderful experience at Low Country restaurant I don’t normally write reviews, but the service provided by Mariama and Angelica was top notch. Their kindness and positive attitude blew me away.

My first visit and I'm glad. Lavone and the other lady this morning were great. My waffle was hot and fresh. Sometimes eating at the airport can be dry as well as the customer service. This will be my regular stop before my morning flight.

4 stars because the young man working the counter was non-communicative. Didn't tell me what the total was or ask if I wanted anything with my combo. Came to this spot since it didn't have a line and had prepared food waiting to be ordered, and must have gotten there at a good time. Salmon was hit and fresh, Mac and cheese creamy and flavorful, though they were basically out of vegetables.

In a sea of fast food, this place was perfect. The baked chicken was delicious, and my side broccoli and carrots were packed with flavor. No wait time was great for me, but I was sad to see this place getting few customers. Deserve much more business, very pleased

The service was fine, but nothing about the bacon egg and cheese biscuit is worth $12! Not even made to order…… smh

Got some Chef G's Mac and Cheese and some Bacon Caramel Bread Pudding during a layover. It was all unbelievably delicious. If you have a few minutes to spare, the bread pudding REALLY is worth the wait. So rich and smooth, not overly sweet and some savory bacon to top it off. YUM!

ASSAULT BY A CELEBRITY CHEF: THE NIGHT LOW COUNTRY STEAK TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE I’ve dined at top steakhouses for years, and nothing compares to the chaos we experienced here. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday to a near-empty dining room, only two servers (one also bartending), and completely disorganized service. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, our water glasses stayed empty until we asked, and our appetizers took 40+ minutes. We ordered “prime” and “wagyu” steaks that were shockingly low quality—chewy, bland, and nowhere near the grade advertised. When my friend politely mentioned the temperature and quality, the owner (Garvin) eventually came out with slices of “A5 wagyu.” He approached us with an immediate attitude, said almost nothing, and just stood there nodding at us like we were supposed to be impressed. When asked what prefecture the wagyu came from, he looked totally lost, which was alarming for someone running a steakhouse built around wagyu. The situation escalated fast. The chef became openly hostile, talked down to my friend, argued, glared, and then suddenly returned to announce he was comping the entire bill and that we needed to leave. We tried to tip our server directly, and he rushed back out telling her not to accept anything and that they “didn’t want our money.” Then, unbelievably, he physically slid our entire table away from us. As my friend calmly began walking toward the exit, Garvin made physical contact with him in a way that felt aggressive and threatening, pushing him toward the door while several other men stood nearby. From my perspective, he restrained my friend's hands behind his back in a manner that felt confrontational and inappropriate for a restaurant setting. This was hands-down the worst, most unprofessional, most disturbing restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Zero stars if I could.
Low Country was an unexpected highlight during a long layover! My wife and I were exhausted after a long day of travel, and were able to get surprisingly tasty and nourishing food here, at reasonable prices, with that nice touch of southern comfort. It made a long layover much more bearable.
Special shout-out to Moses - he was incredibly kind and helpful! My wife has some allergies and was struggling to find anything she could eat at the airport, and Moses took the time to ask what she needed and to make a custom salad for her in the back without anything that would make her ill. Top notch service, and very deeply appreciated!

Customer service sucks and food has no taste. Young black dude at registered acted like I was bothering him instead of being a paying customer.
