Ghetto .... I hate to say it because I use to come here a lot if my other açaí spot wasn't open but ...ew... I'm not coming back EVER again . The woman there literally looked like she was throwing slop into a bowl and trying to give it to me . The cashier makes the beautiful artistic background of their logo look like graffiti and trap house art . What is this ?! This spot when from 8 (on a scale of 1-10) to barely even on the rating list .00005 . Promise I'm not exaggerating . Would not recommend .

A little on the pricey side for a smoothie. I got the immunity boost which kinda taste like nothing but I was warned prior to purchasing. I purchased it for the benefits of the ingredients. My friend got the figgle sticks and it was so delicious.

On a busy holiday long weekend (July 4), they had ONE employee working. She did a great job managing the register in addition to making the smoothies/bowls, restocking, AND cleaning. Really unacceptable that this was the situation though - very poor management. Perhaps that’s why so many reviews mention unhappy employees. Three stars because the açaí bowl was really good!

Had an açaí bowl and it was amazing! Love the contrast of all the different flavors there were in it. 5/5 would definitely eat at again!

So delicious!!! I love açaí bowls and this is one of the better ones I've had in Atlanta. Their prices are so reasonable especially compared to other places that sell açaí bowls. The staff was very friendly and overall I had a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Great experience ! The customer service was great and the Smoothie was amazing. My cup was filled to the top and consistency was perfect! Great job and I can't wait to try more items.

I went yesterday and got the acai bowl #1. It was excellent. The lady who worked there was accommodating and everything was perfect. I know people have mentioned the customer service, but I thought everything was great.

I was excited to try this smoothie place in Ponce and was initially pleased by the list of ingredients in their smoothies. Then, I looked to see that all of the smoothies were pre-packaged and frozen aka not made fresh in front of you. This explains why there's all these additional ingredients in the smoothie that make it "taste good." I specifically loathe that there is carrageenan in this smoothie and I had to find out from the label they print on these cheap to-go cups. Overall, none of this sat right with me but alas if all you care about is taste -- go for it. It does indeed taste good.

I used to come here at least once a week. The acai bowls are amazing but the customer service is terrible. The only employee who seems to enjoy his job is the manager. He is always friendly and doesn't make you feel like you are a bother.

Smoothie tasted great, but was tiny for the price. Also, the employee had her mask dangling off the side of her face looking at her phone. She looked up to take my order and then told me to wait for my smoothie on the other side. She immediately got back on her phone and a few minutes later started my smoothie. Horrible customer service.

Bowls are more economical than playa bowls, however lucky lotus lacks good customer service.

Kelly Quencher is the best.

what happened to this place ? I used to get smoothies here regularly before covid. Now it appears they no longer make them fresh in front of you, they take a premade cup from the fridge and blend it with almond milk.. First of all what is this helping ?? Making smoothies is risky business ? All restaurants prepare fresh food for pickup safely so why did they switch from fresh ingredients ? Second.. the smoothie was a joke, it was like green almond milk.. not a smoothie.. just a powdered juice.. did i just pay 7$ for that ? Covid is not an excuse to RIP OFF customers.
