Ordered on a Friday night, the steak was over cooked and unpleasant to eat. Crater salad was okay. We would not recommend. There are so many other great steak places in Atlanta, like Stony River.

Kaitlyn was our server tonight, she was absolutely amazing!! She gave some great recommendations and checked on us offend!! We will definitely be back!!
Absolutely shocking! I was there a few days ago, and my steak temperature was wrong twice. On top of that, I witnessed the worst treatment of both guests and staff by management that I have ever seen. Jonathan should be ashamed of how he acted. I feel sorry for the staff working here. It must be hell.
Pauly provided outstanding customer service at Ruth’s Chris! From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our dining experience. His positive energy and attention to detail truly elevated our night. Exceptional service like Pauly’s is what keeps us coming back to Ruth’s Chris. Highly recommend asking for him!

Food was excellent! Service was very good. It was busy Christmas Day. Highly recommend the Chilean sea bass, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and potatoes au gratin and any of their steaks! Pricey, but yummy!

Johnathan the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was my husband’s 40th birthday dinner and I had made reservations for 8pm. Was not seated at 8pm because some of the guests hadn’t arrived. So, I asked the staff for the five that were there to be seated. Upon sitting at the table myself and another guest observed that the table had not been decorated for the birthday occasion as it is stated on the site that it would depending on the occasion. We spoke to Johnathan about the situation and he did state he would accommodate us a different table inside due to this location being inside of the embassy suites. He then proceeded to deflect the whole situation on that my top was revealing but not to mention the dress code is casual attire. I was in casual clothing and you had to be pretty much up close to me to see that it was sheer. There were people coming in with hoodies, pajamas, a topless male walked in but, then turned back around. There was a guest who had on the shortest dress where you pretty much seen her rear end under the dress, but you deflected the whole situation on me because I was questioning about the table I reserved. Very distasteful! Also, there was a whole altercation that went on for about 20 minutes where there were 2 men cursing and threatening to shoot the place up. APD not called and obviously the security nor Johnathan had it under control. You couldn’t even get that situation under control. He should not have been able to make threats of that nature and still in the building which sent guests with their kids scrambling to leave the area because they were afraid. One child was crying and very terrified. Our food didn’t come out to maybe 30-45 minutes after ordering which is close time to closing. My shrimps were too salty! We watched him make rounds to everyone else tables, except ours. So, one of my guests asked to speak to him as well as my husband to address their concerns and experience during our visit. The guest and my husband explained to him that it was very disturbing to see how he went to everyone else table and didn’t bother to speak with us. He became very upset and started speaking in an aggressive tone towards us and my husband stated to him that instead of him deflecting the situation on my top that he could have handled things differently. He started talking to my husband with his hands and tone was harsh. My husband asked him to not speak at him with his hands and that it was very unprofessional. He asked us to leave and that he would take care of the bill. We didn’t need any accommodations for meals. We wanted to be treated fairly like everyone had the chance. Yet instead, he treated us as if were non-paying guests. Instead of listening to our concerns about the experience we endured during the entire time. As we were leaving Johnathan was walking up close behind my husband and my husband asked him to not follow close behind him, as if he was walking us out as being problematic guests. He then yelled at my husband saying he’s trying to talk to his staff. My husband asked him not to yell at him as he was not yelling to him. He then proceeded to threaten my husband by saying, “he’s about to lose his job and that he would beat his ass” Once again Johnathan being unprofessional and acting as if he wanted to really fight. His staff members we’re trying to stop him from approaching my husband as if he really wanted to fight. So, all of the guests were explaining to him that he was wrong and very disrespectful and unprofessional threatening to fight my husband. I need someone to contact me asap! My 1st time at this location was very disappointing! My husband’s birthday dinner was ruined all because you were upset from the previous incident and took your frustration out on us because we were addressing our experience. This is not how you act in management. No one was disrespectful at any point up until he became irate. He should not be in management!

Great food! I thoroughly enjoyed the Cowboy Ribeye Oscar with garlic mash and my Baltimore-native wife raved about the crab cakes!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a filet, side of asparagus and mashed potatoes on Uber Eats, they sent me lamb, some sort of spinach cream and the only correct item was the mashed potatoes. When I tried calling the restaurant the person who picked up tried to say they didn’t have control over what Uber Eats picked up and delivered trying to blame the poor delivery guy who waited there for almost 30 minutes because they were running behind but the receipt attached to the bag clearly states the correct order so I told her the mistake was on their end, then she said she was going to transfer the call to a manager and I was on hold for 8 minutes until I hung up and called again, to then be told managers weren’t available because they were busy but someone would call me to discuss it. Still waiting for that call…Paying $120 dollars before delivery fees and tip for a one person meal and having this sort of customer service is honestly crazy, not to mention i decided to try the lamb and it was completely raw, not medium rare but raw inside. So to not throw it away my dog had it… at least she enjoyed it I guess

Benita was amazing and made excellent suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the quality of food! This location ranks up there with other high end restaurants in the area.

He made reservations for my birthday dinner. Was Tuesday, so the crowd was light. Our waiter was very pleasant, full of smiles, and knowledgeable. Good wine. The food was decent. Had to send my steak back, as it was not cooked to the temp I requested. The flavor was really good though. I recommend the Au gratin potatoes. The bday cheesecake was delicious!Parking is valet only and they validate your ticket prior to departure.
