Incredible food. Fantastic service. Enough said.

We went for a date night and it was amazing. Loved the food and service. It can get a little noisy in there and hard to hear each other especially if you are sitting across from each other.
I would still recommend.

Amazing atmosphere and food. Usually we get tremendous service but our waiter was less than impressive this time.

Lovely place to spend the evening in Atlanta! We started off with the snapper crudo and what an introduction! The way all of the flavors and textures blended together with every bite was a wholly unique and enjoyable experience with top notch ingredients. We had a small incident with the smoked scallops but our waiter quickly replaced it with the absolute best roasted chicken my wife and I ever had. We’ve never experienced chicken so juicy yet had such a crispy skin! Both the cocktails and mocktails were inspired and through and through just an amazing evening. Make sure not to skip out on the deserts either because you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here!

Two people dined and we ordered: the artichoke app, the duck lasagna, the wagyu ravioli, and the brussels. Here’s our run down…overall everything was very flavorful, presentations were gorgeous, and portions generous. However, everything (but the lasagna) also had an oily finish. The artichoke left puddles of oil on the plate, the ravioli sat in a pool of butter, and the sprouts had a sheen in look and texture. Service was average, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and professional. The restaurant itself is attractive in design, with a variety of lighting and wall decor that are interesting to view, but wow are they dusty! Someone get a swiffer up in this place, the level of visible dust on glass lighting fixtures is not small. What was not noticeable from our table was the terrible smell of the bathroom by the bar. I’m sensitive to scents and the smell on the way in and out of the restaurant is just ick, but again, from our table it wasn’t noticeable. The sound track playing creating atmosphere was the BEST PART about our experience there.

Don't count on going on a Sunday, despite their opened. Very sad we counted on dinner there, and it was closed

It's really just disappointingly average.

For starters we got the bread and the calamari- the bread was fine, soft insides and a chewy crust, though it wasn't warm and came in a small portion. The lemon butter is unique, though I personally would've preferred some standard butter. The calamari texture was alright and had a slight slimy taste that was somewhat masked by the sauce. The sauce for the calamari tasted like the standard grilled/fried seafood calamari sauces at other restraunts I've eaten at, which is fine, but I can't get over the beans, especially since it felt like there were more beans than sauce.

As for main dishes, the one part of this meal I did enjoy was the black truffle ravioli. The filling was rich, savory, and was complemented well with the sauce, and all of the ravioli had a consistent delicate texture. For the squid ink pasta, I enjoyed the slight breading sprinkled over the dish but found the squid taste to be a bit overwhelming the more I ate. The snapper has a mile flavor and a soft texture that fell apart in your mouth despite being difficult to cut on the plate, though some flavoring in the dish (perhaps the charred butter?) had a bitter taste that disrupted the mellow flavor of the dish, which would've actually been nice had it been executed properly, but instead lessened my already meager enthusiasm towards it. The final main dishes was the scallops and as much as it pains me to say this (as I usually love scallop dishes) it was honestly forgettable in comparison to the other items we ordered. Other than a crunchy vegetable (cauliflower?) in the dish that I particularly disliked, the entire dish was extremely mild, with no strong flavors for me to like or dislike; The chefs did do well with the scallops texture, I just wish there was a more inspiring texture or flavor to the dish.

The desserts also have their strebgths and weaknesses, but did significantly better than the other dishes I reviewed in that in this case, their strengths were enough for me to enjoy the dish. The tiramisu, while having a very bitter chocolate base (probably around 80% cacao, though it might've been higher) was well balanced by the sweetness in the cream and other parts of the dish. The sorbet was also pleasant; while I would've preferred it a bit less sweet, I enjoyed the transition from the lime to the grape aftertaste. I will say that the grape texture tastes kind of artifical, like grape lemonade syrup, but that is pretty standard with white grapes.

Nothing of note about the servers. While one of the servers missed our requests a couple of times, it seemed to be more of an issue with her hearing than out of spite. The others complemented our choice of signs but otherwise didn't talk much.

Finally, the atmosphere is mostly the reason why I'm uncertain about the specifics of what exactly I ate on the dishes, as the lighting of the back room we were situated in was extremely dim. With the cashier desk and comparatively lower ceiling to the rest of the restraunt, it gave off the feeling of being a storage closet.

We visited on a Monday evening. Very excited to try this place. Things went bad from the beginning when the waiter refused to take our credit card so we could cover our friends’ dinner who were joining us. From there we waited 40 minutes for drinks with all our appetizers coming out beforehand (drinks ordered well before). The food was good but I feel at that price I expect better. I find other Italian places in town to be better in value, presentation and taste. The highlight was definitely the desserts. Tiramisu and ice cream sandwhich were awesome- great proportions and presentation. Atmosphere could use some improvement in ambiance. FYI they do not validate parking.

I had heard great things about Lyla Lila and it did not disappoint! Everything from the service to the dessert was amazing. Everyone from our regular waiter to the food runners were so professional.
We had the bread starter, artichokes, cacio e pepe, and the sweet potato pasta along with the cheesecake and tiramisu. All of the food was noteworthy and I would come back and eat all of it again.
The cacio e pepe was incredible and I loved how it was served as sort of a stuffed pasta dish. The Brussel sprouts side was also a stand out. I didn’t get pictures of the HUGE piece of tiramisu we were served. Overall a really special meal that I’d recommend to any looking for an elevated Italian meal.

Such a great dining experience! We stopped by to try something different and ended up loving every bite. Began with the smoked scallops, beautifully presented and full of flavor. We sampled a few pasta dishes, but the squid ink pasta was the real highlight — rich, spicy, and perfectly cooked. The staff was warm and attentive throughout. Can’t wait to return for more!

We had an incredible dinner at Lyla Lila. We had the snapper and the wagyu truffle ravioli — both dishes were perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The highlight, however, was the tiramisu — truly one of the best I’ve ever had, even better than many I’ve tried in Italy!
Service was warm and professional, and the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed. A must-visit spot in Atlanta for anyone who appreciates refined cuisine and great hospitality. Highly recommended!
