We had a great time at Lyla Lila. The space is hip- warm and minimalist with lots of luxurious texture. The curtains close it in so you don't feel so exposed on Peachtree. You're enveloped by the space.

I am very appreciative of the beautiful printed menus. Service was excellent- our main server was friendly and not overbearing. Cocktails were delicious and they have a few nice mocktail options. The bread and salad were good. We really liked the butter. The snapper was beautifully presented but needed a touch more salt and a little less peppercorn. We enjoyed the cappeletti and cavatelli. Oh the dessert. That chocolate mousse cake with creme fraiche topping and sprinkles of salt and caramel is where it's at. There's ample bike parking across the street. Looking forward to coming back!

Lyla Lila is a cozy elegant and stylish restaurant. We liked the tasty lasagne, and the drink was excellent as well. Our waitress Grace was wonderful.

Good food but very pricey for a pasta focused menu

We had another excellent meal and experience last night. Our table shared multiple starters, sides, and three separate pastas. Each one better than the last. Amazing time, great service. Thanks again, Chef Craig.

Delectable! I enjoyed my experience here. Tonight was a bunch of firsts for me. Tonight was my first experience eating raw/cold scallops topped with caviar. It had a unique, smoky taste to it. My friend drizzled his scallops with a lemon squeeze and said doing so added an additional delicious element to it. Tonight was also my first time eating raw beef. The Wagyu was prepared deliciously. The artichoke was surprisingly good! My first time ever eating it. The artichoke tasted as if it was soaking in a liquid-y seasoning overnight because it was an explosion of flavor from the initial bite! My Bolognese was well-seasoned to perfection. Yet again, tonight was my first time eating tiramisu. Not a fan. The coffee/dark chocolate taste was too rich and intense for me. But the salt sprinkled on top of the tiramisu had a nice savory surprise to it that was more of an aftertaste for me.

My friend ate the duck lasagna, which contained 13 layers. Yes, you guessed it -- it was my first time tasting duck tonight, and I could not handle the flavor. Yuck! But as a true foodie, I will try everything at least once!

I had 3 rounds of strawberry French 75s. I was in a European establishment, so why not. Lol. My second round had a piece of black hair floating in the glass. They graciously remade my drink with a fresh replacement. That's the only reason why I didn't award this restaurant 5 stars.

Parking isn't all that good with its location. There's a parking garage directly across the street from Lyla Lila. My friend said he paid $8. Thankfully, I escaped from having to pay anything because I found free street parking a block away, which was a 2-minute walk to Lyla Lila.

The atmosphere is upscale, peaceful, and cozy. I love that there's a great view of the busy Midtown street from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining room.

Would I return? Absolutely! I love eating at unique restaurants that are not part of a franchise.

Well, I have to be honest and say after a dinner experience, it's over-rated for the prices you pay. We ordered the duck lasagna, wood-fired mushrooms and fried artichokes, no drinks just water. The bill was $100 before anyone tip.

The artichokes had a nice flavor, but when you cut into the flower, you see grease ooze out, which before I saw it, I thought it was a little too greasy. If i could offer feedback, maybe try charring them over wood fire so there's less of a greasy taste and oozing out.

The mushrooms were 🔥 amazing, but also felt they were possibly sautéed in oil, and you are left with a greasy aftertaste after the wood fire flavor has disolved. You can definitely taste the wood fire though.

The duck lasagna is a favorite for most and one dish can feed 2-3 people. It's a big portion, however it tasted greasy. Sadly disappointed. 😞

Service, well, it was service... we arrived at 630p and most everyone looked worn out and tired already.

Unfortunately we probably won't be back.

The food is very good and sophisticated without being fussy. Service is professional and still comfortably conversational when you want it. The location, with big city sidewalks and bustle just by the big windowed dining area, is cool. Both the dining room and bar areas have a great and different ambiance. Lyla Lila is among our favorites for either a special event or a quicker more casual meal at the bar. It's a great bar.

I’ve always enjoyed eating here until my last experience. The food, as usual, was great. However, the service needs improvement. We made reservations for 9:45pm and ended up getting there early, seated immediately. We had two appetizers, two entrees and dessert. The entire process was so rushed from the time we were seated. I was still eating my entree when the server asked what I wanted for dessert. Considering a meal that is $100+ a person, it would be nice not to be rushed out. First time this has happened and we’ve previously had reservations around the same time.

Absolutely incredible - loved everything about our experience here. The pastas can be ordered as appetizer sizes so we opted to pick 3 and share, such a good decision…the duck lasagna is a must have. The cheesecake was really tasty as well!

I had a wonderful time dining at the bar. The staff were attentive and the food was next level. But honestly, my favorite part was watching the head chef come out and select music from his vinyl collection to play on the turntable for the restaurant.

Decided to celebrate my birthday with dinner here, and it did not disappoint. The staff is extremely welcoming, the food is delicious, and the decor is very pretty. It does get fairly dark in the evening, but other than that, I felt well cared for and would dine here again.

Overall the take home message is "overpriced". The restaurant is really nice and the atmosphere is lovely. They have a nice natural wine selection. For the food, it's good, I can't rate lower than 3 but is it worth the price? Absolutely not. Our total came at a whooping $230 (alcohol excluded) for a bread and butter, 2 appetizer and two main pastas. At some point you have to stop the madness, a pasta dish should be nowhere near $40 and over, this is nonsense. Pastas were good, cooked well but this is not worth the price. I also think, at least for restaurants of that scale, bread and butter should come for free. This is a standard all over Europe and I don't care if you flavor the butter with whatever, you don't need to make an extra $10 on your customers for that. Finally, the service was rushy. Pushed the food while we were still enjoying the cocktail. Asked if they could open the wine early, well yes of course, but then had us taste it immediately (no I can't really make an informed decision while my mouth is numb from the whiskey), then poured it immediately. Then, she just refilled our wine with huge pours delivered as if she was serving Snoop Dog prisoner wine at a frat party. For $440 total, I'd rather go to Staplehouse or Bacchanalia, and pay even more, at least I would get something that match the cost.
