Delectable! I enjoyed my experience here. Tonight was a bunch of firsts for me. Tonight was my first experience eating raw/cold scallops topped with caviar. It had a unique, smoky taste to it. My friend drizzled his scallops with a lemon squeeze and said doing so added an additional delicious element to it. Tonight was also my first time eating raw beef. The Wagyu was prepared deliciously. I am very appreciative of the beautiful printed menus. Service was excellent- our main server was friendly and not overbearing. Cocktails were delicious and they have a few nice mocktail options. The bread and salad were good. We really liked the butter....
