Never had a bartender like this. My bill at the end of the day was $18.00. I gave her a $20.00 bill. She never gave me any change. AND best yet - when I questioned her about it she said she gave me a slip. I never received a slip and there was no talking to her about it. She told me to get out. Tall girl with black hair and glasses. Do not let her take your money. She stole my money literally.
Edit: 8:20:24 - I'm not even spending my time to go back and report this. It's not worth my time, But please be cautious with this bar. It might be more than $2.00 stolen from you

Very good food. Doesn't have the feel of an authentic Irish pub, but a decent attempt. Plenty of parking when no events are at Truist Park. Parking is only free for the first two hours then it jumps to a minimum of $10 and climbs...

There was a little wait getting a table but this was a great little pub to get a bite to eat and a drink before an event. Everything tasted really good and they're homemade fries were exceptional. Bonus points for having Heinz ketchup...

This place is GREAT! came to see a Braves game and wanted some good food. This place didn't disappoint. I ordered the Chipotle chili fries, and for 12 bucks, they are HUGE!!!
My kid ordered the fish and chips, and it was also enormous. The fish looked great. I will definitely be back. Forget the 20-minute wait at wahlburgers. Go here it's right across the street. And its service is way better. The servers are friendly and keep your drinks full. Even john taffer would approve of this place.

I just got back to my hotel room after exploring the offerings at The Battery, and the best experience I had was right here. I need to put the spotlight on Arcee (please tell her I'm sorry if I misspelled her name). She is, simply put, the finest example of how a human should be. Am I overdoing it a little? Absolutely not! I was greeted like a friend when I entered, and in the short hour and change I sat at the bar.......she was just a delight. Warm, friendly, and an exceptional barkeep. You have a true gem in your midst.

Was in town for business. Didn't have the best of service. Asked twice for our drinks, ordered appetizer. Didn't come before entree. Was asked if we still wanted it. Which was no. Asked for two more specific McGee Old Fashioneds and got the regular one after waiting awhile. Didn't go back the rest of the week I was in town. Oh I ordered fish and chips and there was too much breading on the fish.

We were excited to try Mac McGee, however we were disappointed to learn that during events at Truist there is only a very limited menu available. We were immediately told to grab a table and wait for a server. Someone finally stopped by to ask if we needed anything. I settled on fish and chips while my husband got the chili dogs. $21 for one piece of fish and fries was steep based on quality of the food. Fish and fries were both very greasy. Fish turned to mush when cut with fork and I ended up leaving half of it on the plate. Location of restaurant is very convenient if you're heading into the park, but don't plan on typical Irish pub food on those days.

I came to this location for the first time last night and I had the absolute best service I have ever had in my life by a lady named Abby.
My food was great, and the restaurant was very clean and well run but I would return back no matter what because of how FANTASTIC of a job Abby did serving me and making sure I was well taken care of even when they were very busy.
10/10 would recommend to a friend, thinking about ordering an Uber to return right now, fingers crossed she is on shift. Great job Mac mcgees on hiring such an awesome staff!!

Great place! Waiter suggested fish & chips and the Irish Dip; if I was a hugger, he would’ve been getting one. Wife and daughter loved their huge pieces of fish and the mound of chips and my Irish Dip will have me going back the next time I’m in town for anything located at The Battery Atlanta!

A group of colleagues went in to Mac McGee for dinner during a conference. We were the only group there, and the employees got very excited to see us! We were a little nervous due to the lack of other customers, but that was quickly dispelled with the excellent service, great food, and tasty drinks that we received. I wish I got his name, but our server was fantastic. I'm vegan, and he came back to me several times to make sure I was okay with the options that were available. I really appreciated that!
