I had their food truck queen mac and cheese. It was small and basic. I kept thinking I could have used the $14 i spent on it and made one 10x bigger and better. I was expecting something spectacular about it but i was left unamused. I didnt even get a fork. I will not recommend or be back.

Best mac-N-cheese I’ve had since my Granny’s, and my Granny’s was the best.

I’m a Mac & Cheese Connoisseur and this is Best Mac n Cheese I’ve ever had at a food truck hands down. Plenty of cheese and full of flavor…

Unprofessional, rude and combative. As Executive Director of a non-profit managing many events…you hire a professional caterer so you can focus on your event attendees, volunteers and generous sponsors. I paid in advance for a lunch of 190 ish LUNCHES which were still being prepared and delivered at the time my DINNER caterer arrived…which is completely unacceptable. When approaching the truck to simply ask how many of my paid meals have been completed so I can make an informed decision to remedy the issue and move to a plan B….I was refused an answer to my simple question, met with hostility, then gaslit as if I were the instigator of a fight. I am here to run an event, not fight with someone who is supposed to be a professional. As I am walking around apologizing to my very hungry sponsors and volunteers, the woman from the food truck showed up at my sponsors booth, and began instigating an argument with me again interrupting my conversation with my sponsors. I am surprised that a human and business owner can act in such a way…it is something I have never encountered and I hope no one else has this experience so here is my warning. Perhaps she was having a bad or off day…we all do BUT her approach, lack of acknowledgement for her failures and preventing me from doing my best job of running a successful event is unacceptable. I do wish I could speak to the taste and quality of the food, however I was never able to eat myself due to the situation. The opinions of my guests that actually DID get food were less than complimentary.***EDIT***I note the feedback provided in the owner's responses to various reviews, which, in my opinion, appears to involve a significant reliance on excuses. I give 5 stars to her on her consistent dedication to making excuses. I also find it noteworthy that private medical conditions are being disclosed on a public forum, and I believe it is important to express my concerns regarding this matter. Another level of disrespect, example of her lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for common etiquette. As someone who values transparency and accountability, I must emphasize that I do not endorse making excuses for one's actions. In this response from the owner, I see a disappointing attempt to attribute my reactions to a pregnancy however my reaction to the lack of respect I received as a customer was a normal human reaction. Shame on you as a woman for choosing to stoop so low. I firmly assert that I would never attribute a human reaction to the circumstances of a woman's pregnancy. Moreover, the owner's explanation of a brief altercation leading to a substantial delay in the delivery of the paid-for food is over-reaching. It is worth noting that, after the initial incident, I was engaged in professional activities, having detached myself from the situation. Despite this, the owner chose to invest time in seeking me out and initiating an argument in front of my sponsors.I encourage readers to consider my review, the owner's response, and similar experiences shared by others on this platform to draw their own conclusions about the overall service quality and professionalism exhibited by the establishment.

Mac Queen is one of the best food trucks! The Mom & Daughter duo were very pleasant to associate with on my first visit.I got the Mac & Cheese with crab cakes and green beans. The crab cakes were awesome and were filled with both crab & shrimp.I can't wait to run into this food truck again.!

Absolutely awful. Wait time is 30+ minutes, usually an hour. This food truck was at a church meeting, by the time we got our food most of the people had left. They sell what they don’t have. Ordered lamb and they didn’t have it. The workers are rude besides the woman that was taking my order. The Mac and cheese was okay, however the portion of string beans/sides they give you is ridiculously small. I understand that it isn’t a fast food place but a food truck should not take more than 20 minutes. And let it be known that they do not offer refunds. Will not be ordering from here again, I could have made the food they served at home in less time. This is a great place to go if you want to waste money.

The wait time is awful. It took 37 minutes to receive my food. I spent $24 for two lamb chops, Mac n cheese, and cold string beans. The price wouldn't feel so unworthy if they put effort into their food. The Mac n cheese is very cheesy and it was good.... BUT those cold and bland string beans were terrible. Also, my lamb chops were bland and slightly overcooked. All in all, the Mac n cheese is good, but that was the ONLY thing that was up to par. They need to improve their meat, sides, and customer service.

Ordered from the food truck. Had no idea the food would take 45 minutes because let’s be honest..it’s a food truck! Was stuck at the playground for almost an extra hour because they didn’t explain how long it would take and don’t give refunds. Chicken had no seasoning, shrimp was basic, mac and cheese.. just no. 2 stars only because the lady at the window was friendly. But this shouldn’t even be a food truck.
so yummy! and worth it. Definitely the cheesiest
Just don't. I hate giving bad reviews, but this was beyond terrible. Waited 2 hours for cold mac and cheese and the smallest order of chicken tenders that were too salty to eat. I wish I was exaggerating regarding the time for what we ordered. A food truck is about convenience, and nothing about this was convenient or even edible. Spend your money somewhere else on the front end because you will just go spend more later on something else.

Mac & Cheese was excellent. Where ever you see the truck! Pull up! You won’t be disappointed
The Queens Mac was sooo delicious! It was very cheesy and seasoned to perfection. The owner was very nice and professional. She was closing down when I arrived and she still served my friend and I. Best Mac n Cheese that I’ve ever had!
