Mac Queen is one of the best food trucks! The Mom & Daughter duo were very pleasant to associate with on my first visit.I got the Mac & Cheese with crab cakes and green beans. The crab cakes were awesome and were filled with both crab & shrimp.I can't wait to run into this food truck again.!
The Queens Mac was sooo delicious! It was very cheesy and seasoned to perfection. The owner was very nice and professional. She was closing down when I arrived and she still served my friend and I. Best Mac n Cheese that I’ve ever had!
Mac and cheese is top tier comfort food! And hers was amazing!!! The tv show I was working on brought her catering truck out and she was serving a few of her flavors of Mac and cheese… And I had one and it was one of those instances where I was sad it was gone when it was. Imo it’s hard to give mac and cheese flavor… And hers tastes like it was effortlessly done!!! If I could take the words of the IG kid, “That mfka look/taste Gud”… A must try! ???
