Mad Dad Philly’s is a hidden gem! I had the Salmon Philly, and it was beyond delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor — you can really taste the difference with their signature seasonings. The bread was super fresh and held everything together perfectly. And the fries? Absolutely amazing — crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. You can tell they take pride in their food. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!
