Great food, but the ghost kitchen concept is unfortunate and completely dysfunctional. If you order delivery from Marco’s directly, your food will either not arrive, or will arrive hours late. If you order pick-up, there is no one at the counter and it may take several phone calls to get ahold of anyone. This concept really needs to be re-considered!
Marco’s Pizza ghost kitchen blew me away. The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and insanely delicious. Crispy crust, rich sauce, generous toppings—every bite felt amazing. Truly my favorite place to order from!
It’s a ghost kitchen. Don’t order delivery on the marcos app, you won’t get your order. You gotta order delivery on the Doordash app or else a driver won’t be assigned to your order. The food is still good though. But I still haven’t gotten my refund for not getting my order.
