I use to look forward to getting Marcos Pizza. I would RAVE about it to my friends and tell them to get it. Welp that won't happen again. I got the special. 1 specialty pizza, hot wings, and cheesy bread for $29. Let's start with the wings. I got buffalo and not only were they not done BUT the buffalo sauce was TRASH!!! OMG!! I really love the pizza. I got thin crust the works I guessed it's called. The sauce has no flavor and neither did the sausage or pepperoni. All I texted was BLAND onions, peppers and mushrooms. It has no flavor. It did have plenty of cheese. I'm not sure what kind but it was A LOT. I'm so disappointed because the one pizza place that I've loved all these years has turned into pizza hut. Almost $50 down the tube including my tip to the driver. It wasn't his fault the pizza and wings sucked on Shallowford Rd

This is the only location I have ever reviewed as they have been the only one that made my pizzas as I asked and was charged for. Extra cheese and add bacon and they sure did! The best pizza I have eaten in a very long time and will be ordering from this location only from now on! Staff were super friendly and my order was ready right as I was walking in the door (I got there earlier than pick up time said by 1 minute) and they were boxing them up so perfect timing, very helpful and they have my business from now on!! Oh and those pizzolis are AMAZING! šš¤¤

The new Indian owners of this establishment are horrible! This man goes by the American name of āTedā Very disrespectful, will speak over you, and will not apologize for the business wrong doing. No understanding of customer service. The new owners are not a good fit for the restaurant industry; perhaps costume jewelry or incense industry is where they belong. I will not order from this location again while under this new owner. Be aware of odor and service when owners are present.

The boy working there did a great job fixing me a customized order with special offer! 2 large pizzas with 2 and 4 toppings for $26. The dough on the outer side could be thinner with better spread of toppings.

I clearly asked for my pizza to be ācut in squareā when it asked during the process of building my pizza. It was done incorrectly I guess they canāt follow simple directions. Then associate and āIzieā gave me a hard time going back and fourth with me on if I clicked cut in squares of not. Before calling his āmanagerā he stated on the line to advise him on what to do. He said āTedā told him to remake the pizza. Izie still gave me a very hard time. As if I didnāt have to WAIT another long time spam at the restaurant for my order that should have been complete the first time. Horrible service!
