Great Pizza & Service! I love this Marco’s! Best-priced pizza around without sacrificing quality or flavor. The staff is always friendly, and the place is consistently clean, quiet, and peaceful whenever I visit. Highly recommend the Chicken & Bacon pizza~ it’s my go-to. The cheesy bread, CinnaSquares, and wings (both garlic parm and buffalo) are also fire! Don’t skip the garlic dipping sauce, and I love that you can customize your crust too. They usually have great combo deals, and today I even got a surprise discount on my $30 order shoutout to the employee who helped me out (I think his name was Jordan? That’s what my receipt said). I didn’t ask for it, but he still hooked it up, and that kindness deserves recognition. Overall, amazing food, great vibes, and toptier customer service. Definitely recommend!

Love love love this Marco’s location - I’ve been going to this same place for about a year now! It’s changed a lot for the better since the new owner. The workers and manager Ted are great - they’re always nice and especially were patient delivering to my apartment (which is usually hard to find). I usually don’t give reviews but I saw a negative review about an UberEats issue - that is in no way reflective of Marco’s but just the UberEats company itself. Highly recommend this place - the pizza and customer service are unmatched!

On 4/2525 we order an XL pizza via Uber Eats, however when it arrived it was a small size. Called to speak with a manager and spoke with “Ted.” He was extremely rude. He stated he’s not affiliated with Uber Eats which is obviously. Tried explaining he is responsible for handing food to drivers, however he kept blaming Uber Eats and completely missed my point because he was so busy deflecting from accepting responsibility and refused to simply apologize even after I told him my name doesn’t reflect the name on the receipt. My 1st time ordering from this location and been ordering from the Bolton Rd location where this has NEVER HAPPENED. How hard is making a delivery # and name on order for delivery? Sad that he is a leader of this establishment but can’t take responsibility for his mistake. Will be following up with BBB, yelp, and my Attorney General.

When I arrived, two employees were sitting in the seating area so as soon as I approach the counter they got up from their seats and went behind the register. Much to my surprise and neither of them looked at me or greeted me and were doing their own thing behind the counter then another woman, who I believe was the manager, was on her phone and she came near the counter again looked up and then walked away. Then there was a cook watching the ovens. When I asked if there was anyone that could help me the people behind the counter replied that they were not allowed to ring anything up. I explained that all I wanted to do was pick up a DoorDash order. So they're all looking at each other clueless wondering where the pizza is and who's going to make it and meanwhile the manager says nothing and the employees look at her waiting for an explanation and she never says a word. Finally the cook says it's in the oven and it'll be about 5 minutes.

I use to look forward to getting Marcos Pizza. I would RAVE about it to my friends and tell them to get it. Welp that won't happen again. I got the special. 1 specialty pizza, hot wings, and cheesy bread for $29. Let's start with the wings. I got buffalo and not only were they not done BUT the buffalo sauce was TRASH!!! OMG!! I really love the pizza. I got thin crust the works I guessed it's called. The sauce has no flavor and neither did the sausage or pepperoni. All I texted was BLAND onions, peppers and mushrooms. It has no flavor. It did have plenty of cheese. I'm not sure what kind but it was A LOT. I'm so disappointed because the one pizza place that I've loved all these years has turned into pizza hut. Almost $50 down the tube including my tip to the driver. It wasn't his fault the pizza and wings sucked on Shallowford Rd
This is the only location I have ever reviewed as they have been the only one that made my pizzas as I asked and was charged for. Extra cheese and add bacon and they sure did! The best pizza I have eaten in a very long time and will be ordering from this location only from now on! Staff were super friendly and my order was ready right as I was walking in the door (I got there earlier than pick up time said by 1 minute) and they were boxing them up so perfect timing, very helpful and they have my business from now on!! Oh and those pizzolis are AMAZING! 😋🤤
