Update it is currently January 22 I ordered my pizza on NOVEMBER 30th almost 2 months ago and I still have yet to receive a refund do not order food here if you would like A: a refund for the food u didn’t get or B: the food you payed for. I have even messaged and called the owners personal number multiple times and have the number confirmed as theres by multiple staff members the problem here is not with the staff I have been contacting this location and in order for me to get this refund the owner or head manager needs to confirm it I have called in almost 15 times Ive sent multiple emails to they’re customer service and even left messages to the corp office and no one has even gotten in contact with me for my refund or simply delivering the pizza that was ordered I’m genuinely so disappointed at this point Ive called the glen wood location almost 20 times trying to get my refund Ive also left a couple messages to corporate office Ive never heard back from I ordered my pizza November 30th still no pizza still no refund and Ive called collectively at least 12+ times and that was a month ago now at this point Id like to have some sort of reimbursement for the month I’ve spent trying to get my money back this is ridiculous and if that wasn’t bad enough the whole reason this happened was because I ordered a couple pizzas on the Marcos app one night at 9 Alcock the store didn’t close till 11 and about an hour and a half after I ordered the pizza when I was about to call to see what was going on they got a delivery driver the delivery driver got there less than 10 minutes after that and they closed up shop early probably taking my pizza home or discarding it this is outrageous and I’m more than disappointed with my experience I still have yet to get my money back and Ive called over 10 times I so please Marcos if you see this make this right, in response to the Marcos response Ive already submitted two of the forms you told me to submit

I’m not sure who was back there making the pizzas 12/27/25 at around 5pm but they need a crash course on how to make them. I would think by now I would learn my lesson from Marcos and check to see how my pizzas look before I drive off but no. My pizzas were made very poorly and sloppy. The crust was cooked weirdly too! Very unhappy with my order.

Had some trouble receiving my online order due to miscommunication error issues but the assistant manager Tiffany (Tip) came through and saved the day! By far the best customer service experience I've received since I've been out here. Her and the other ladies at this location went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs and made sure that I left satisfied. Definitely will recommend this Marco's as my favorite. When I first walked in, i was greeted! you don't see that too often in the time we are in. All the workers were nice and respectful. They were knowledgeable about all the menu options and even helped me save money with a deal on the app! The pizza was fresh and delicious, and they even threw in some sauce for free! I love this location and i would recommend the pepperoni magnifico to anyone in the world! P.s. The deal that i used was a the mangnifico combo that has been around for years apparently- Best pizza ever!

This place appears to be suffering from staffing issues, particularly in the evening. Due to this, your order will probably have errors. The last time I ordered take out from here, the lady up front was working by herself because apparently “people walked out” of the job during their shift. Pizza was good, just check to see if it was made the way you ordered it. If you complain, you’ll get an attitude in response.

I placed an order on the website at 11:10. I called at 11:45 to check on the status and was told they closed at 11:30 so I wouldn’t be getting my food. This is the second time this has happened. The first time this happened- I my bank account was still charged for the order. To this day, I can’t get anyone from Marco’s to contact me about it and get a refund. I won’t be coming here again. It’s one thing for the website to have the wrong hours. It’s another to refuse to fill orders that came in 20 minutes before the time the store actually closes.

So incredibly disappointed with my experience at this macros yesterday. I ordered online and scheduled my pick up time for 7:30. Upon entering a lot of people were waiting and were very frustrated with their wait times. Many of these people tried to get help from a younger girl who was ignoring them until she just got up and walked out. A couple minutes later an older woman came up from the back and starting assisting people. Once she got to me I showed her my order and she told me it was in the oven now. I then waited 30 minutes, during this time many people that came in after me received their food and left. I approached the counter and tried to explain my situation, the woman then tried to say my order had just come through when I attempted to correct her she got frustrated and walked away. After being rudely dismissed I left with out my food. Also important to mention throughout my 30 minute wait the phones rang consistently and very loudly, both workers completely ignoring them.

This was the worst ordering experience I've ever experienced for pizza. No communication. They didn't make the pizzas ordered online. No sense of urgency or any attempt to make it right. It took over an hour to get my food. I've been here before and it's been great. This was atrocious.

This place seems to still be trying to get it right. I am a fan of Marcos the franchise. I live around the corner from this place but I drive to Tucker because every time I give this place a chance they disappoint me. This time my pizza was over ooked, skimpy cheese, not prepared the way I asked. This was my last time to this location. Such a sad situation.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I ordered a pizza around 5:30pm on a Saturday. Since Kroger is right Nextdoor I decided to go grocery shopping before picking it up. That took me about 20 minutes When I got to Marco’s my pizza was not ready. They were short staffed so I was understanding and went to wait in the car. Went back in after another 20 minutes and the woman just didn’t have my order. She said it was nowhere in their system and they didn’t have an order with my order number or name. I’m writing this at 7pm. So an hour and a half with no pizza to show for it. New management is just as bad as the old management.

This is a pretty mediocre pizza restaurant from our few experiences. The cashiers are not great at pretending like they care about the customers. The pizza was a little dry not my favorite compared to other options in the area.
