I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm to my hotel and it never showed up so i called to see where it was at and the guy gave me a run around and then asked if i still wanted the pizza. I finally got my pizza at 9:20 pm. It wasn’t fresh. I called the restaurant back and they very rudely let me know that i wouldn’t be getting a refund and that they have to hire door dash because they don’t have any delivery people and that it was on door dash not their restaurant. I did not use door dash to order this pizza. The customer service is horrible at Marco’s. I will never eat there again.

You cant order online because they credit card system never work. You cant order on the phone because you on hold for and hour or they just hang up. It’s 2025 and they still suck. Ain’t nothing changed. They always canceling orders because on 2 people working. Hands down the worst I have ever seen from any restaurant. It’s just pizza

It would be five stars if they could remember to put my garlic cups in there when I order them. But I 99% of the time have to go in person to pick it up, and ask them to put it in there if I ever want the sauce for real.
Other than that, I love the Big cheese, make sure they put all the fixings on though lol

Placed an order and of course they forgot my sauces. So I called hoping for some accommodation whatever that looks like. And I was met with an attitude by someone claiming to me named Ashley and also stated she was a manager. I asked her why I was being given an attitude and she dismissed me advising me in a condescending tone that they use door dash deliveries as if I was foolish for asking. Then she mocked me and apologized and when I said she could’ve led with that she hung up. I considered going up there for my sauce but ms Ashley sounds…annoyed.

Hi so today is Tuesday and they are doing buy one get one free tried to place an online order and it keep refunding the money called the store and tried to order they told me that they did not have the bogo icon on there crash register so unfortunately they could not place my order what I would like to know how re you guys running a special that can't be ordered the csh yer kept trying to get something else is the logo a trick to get people to come into the store or what I am very disappointed because I spend good money here every weekend an it would've been nice if I could give my pockets aa break but I guess false advertising is a thing these day..... you guys 0 stars

I don’t know what’s going on June 11th 9:50 pm but this young lady gave me the worst customer service ever. First time she said no cauliflower crust. When I called back to get thin crust no answer. When she did answer she just hung up. I guess I’ll have Popeyes tonight since she doesn’t want my money..
