Wouldn't recommend. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, the order got here and it wasn't even baked all the way through. I also got wings but didn't touch them since they probably didn't get cooked all the way through either. Waste of $

Be careful if you decide to order from here, food and service were great but the staff only receives the tips if provided in cash. Any credit card tips go straight to the owner and never make it to the staff. Please beware when supporting this establishment that the staff may not be properly compensated.

New to Atlanta and wanted a quick comfort food. This was my first time ordering and I was excited because online it let me do a half and half option. We got there and were told they didn’t have our order. They had just finished a large pick up order so he hadn’t seen my order for 7:30. He was kind when letting us know he found it and it’ll be ready around 7:30. We came back at 7:30 on the dot and our four items were ready as he said.

I have NOT received my order that I placed at 9:22pm it’s almost 11pm. And I tired to call before 11pm and the store states it is “closed”. And there’s no way to track the order super annoying

Ran into this little pizza place. Tried it. It's okay. Think of it as the fast food of pizza place. The ingredients aren't particularly great or fresh. The service is friendly. And the facilities are clean.

Not bad but they didnt had cups and ice we had to pay extra $5 to get some cups and they didnt had ice but other that thata was all good

If I could give it a 0 I would I sat on the phone for over 30+ mins with no answer. Hung up and called back and waited another 15+ mins still no answer and I’m highly disappointed because Marcos is actually the only place I order pizza from and no don’t respond to my review with that generic response saying you’re sorry and to call the store.!!!

I was on hold for 9 minutes and 45 seconds for the first call. No one answered the phone. I called back and I was on hold for another 10 minutes. No one answered my call.
Customer service sucks at Marco's pizza.

Picked up two online orders, we never received a whole pizza only got our cheesy bread. The second order was the wrong pizza it had tomatoes and onions which we didn’t ask for. When I called I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time I callled. Once someone finally came to the phone I explained the situation. He was very rude kept saying he made the order but I kept stating that we did not get our pizza. He was disrespectful on the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. We drove 20 minutes back to the store and I asked for a manager . Anthony walker told us he was the stores general manager and that he knows he made the pizza. I said well look at the cameras and tell me how many boxes were given he refused and told us to get out of his store. We asked for the corporate number he said he didn’t have one. I asked for the store number he continues to speak rudely and would not give the number the first few times I asked. Eventually he gave a refund and tried to throw my original receipt away. He told us to stay hungry as we walked out of the store. It took everything In me not to slap anthony as he kept leaning forward in my personal space. He should not be allowed to speak to customers that way. I was nice to him when I called about not getting my pizza. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and if he is not removed I will be sharing the video on social media. Because that behavior is how situations can turn really bad.
