Very unprofessional. The young lady at the front covered in spots was very unprofessional and chose to antagonize instead of deescalate.. so this is where we got before it was all over .

Pizza overall is very good.. every now and then the product can be a little worse than previous deliveries. Overall it is a good delivery pizza. Prices are a tad high but I would not say it's over priced

This location is so getto. I placed an order for delivery and I specifically called to request for them not to forget the crushed red peppers and my sauces I had to pay .89 per sauce. I called after receiving my order and asked where my items were because I specifically called to make sure I received the items. The salesperson was rude and did not apologize. Instead she said I can come pick it up after I had to pay delivery charges. Absolutely not because I do not stay near that location. Please do not order from here because they are rude and will not get your order correct and I paid over $40 for my food. Horrible customer service.

Ordered x2 pizzas plus a warm chocolate dessert. The pizzas were both hot & delicious as always.
However, the dessert was cold, dry, and had a small amount chocolate. I tried adding the icing packet & sprinkled some cinnamon sugar sprinkles. Nothing made it better. My husband took 1 bite & refused any more.
I understand this is a side item, but it was not edible.
I would like a refund for this product.

This has to be the worst ever.....the pictures are worth a 1000 plus words.
My pizza bowl looks like the delivery person ate half and my sandwich was a dry piece of bread. Can't post here will post on Google.

I’m disappointed with the customer service at Marco’s Pizza on Camp Creek. I requested a specific style cut for my pizza and was told I couldn’t get it because they might be busy. The manager was extremely rude—not just to me, but also in the way he spoke to his employees. His tone came across as racist and unprofessional. I’d rather spend my Black dollars somewhere else.
