It took over an hour to get our appetizer and 30 minutes after that to get our unseasoned terrible lobster tails. I would not ever return nor would I recommend this establishment. After spending almost $200 I would've expected some decent food. I wish I had stopped at Burger King instead.

I have been coming to McCormick for years, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. This past Saturday, eight of my friends and I decided to eat there before attending a New York Knicks game. We had a 6:00 PM reservation, but we waited over an hour for our food. To make matters worse, almost all of our orders were incorrect, with the exception of two people. The food that did arrive was cold, and the drinks were poorly made. By the time the staff corrected the orders, we had to rush through our meals because the game started at 8:00 PM. We didn't leave the restaurant until 8:00 PM, which defeated the purpose of arriving early. Given how often we attend games at State Farm Arena, I will likely be looking for a different place to eat in the future.

Food was very good for a steakhouse. The service was excellent and the location was great for someone attending an event at State Farm arena as we were.

The service was good, mainly the hosts and bartenders but our server must have been new because he struggled throughout the dining experience. The food quality has greatly diminished from the upscale experience of the past, the steak was the only good thing with everything else void of flavor. The one in Ohio is much nicer. This restaurant needs a refresh, it feels old and dated. The staff was friendly but our server forgot several items and then when we asked for a specific item, he told us they did not have any when another server confirmed that it was available. We ordered dessert , only for him to leave, come back 10 minutes later and ask if we needed anything else or just the check... we inquired about dessert and then he recalled we had asked for it twice already. If I return, it will just to the bar area.

FABULOUS! We took a friend for Christmas Eve lunch and M&S did not disappoint. Devin provided excellent recommendations & service, made adjustments on food options as requested and made us feel welcome. Chefs played exceptional food & flavor! One of my favorite restaurants!!!

We did not enjoy this restaurant overall. I've had much better espresso martinis. The lobster bisque was awful, truly awful. My husband's entree wasn't hot. They didn't have the fingerling potatoes that came with my food and just left them off...didn't ask me what I preferred for a substitute and when I asked them, they brought me a very small amount of fried diced potatoes. All in all not what I expected for this price point.

Our first visit to McCormick & Schmick was absolutely delightful. From our hostess to our server, Bazz, we couldn't have asked for better treatment! My husband ordered salmon, and I tried the pork chop meal. The food was truly delicious and our anniversary treat was so sweet. We look forward to our next visit, with or without a special occasion!

The quality of the food has gone down significantly from the last time we ate there several years ago. Steaks akin to Outback and average fish.

The service was ridiculously slow - it took us 2 1/2 hours to have a meal there – and they messed up our order (missed our soup) – and they charges us for sides when we were told they came with two and the worst part was the bathroom was so disgustingly nasty. It smelled like a sewer, even from the outside. On a positive note the food was pretty good and it is very close to the amphitheater for the Hawks game. Our server was very sweet – but they were clearly understaffed.

Great option being near the Omni. We made a reservation and waited 15min to be seated. Food was fresh and tasteful

Great stop before any event or concert at State Farm. Loved the Korean fried chicken and the prosciutto flat bread.

Opentable Diner

We had a table for 4 at 8:30pm. We ordered drinks and the bar was extremely slow. Took about 15 mins to get our drinks. We all ordered either a 6oz or 8oz filet. They were apparently put of filets because they tried to serve sirloins to us. Filet doesnt have fat or marble or anything like that. They brought the chef out and he basically admitted they were not filets. We got new entrees brought out. But you should be embarrassed to try and send out something other than a filet. Our server was great though. Felt bad for her because this waan't on her. Moat likely wont return.

Not enough help. Waited over an hour for food. Not same quality I am used to at this place. Good overcooked

It was a very busy night at the restaurant. The wait staff did the best they could given the crowd size and the timing of everybody in the restaurant being served at once. The food was average at best for the value. We had the wagu steak frites ordered at medium rare and I think my meat was mooing. My fries were cold. My husband's was the same just undercooked. We could have sent it back however we didn't have time and did not want to hold up the table eating their meals.
