I literally placed my order (Big Mac) got it home, and there’s NO MEAT on the Sandy. I kid you not. You can’t make this stuff up . I tried calling to speak with a manager and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I’d give it Zero stars if I could

Stop caring so much about line metrics and let your employees problem solve. The response of ‘go back in the line’ because you don’t feel like looking for someone’s order, because the woman working the drive thru doesn’t understand her job is wild.

To be honest... This McDonald's is always fresh when I go at night and the customer service is great. The older woman at the widow the takes the orders and the money is very nice and has great customer service. I never have a problem with my food or the freshness with this location even if I go at 11 PM at night.

What’s the point in having a double drive thru if no one ever takes orders from the one on the right, this location always does this. it makes no sense

4:45 this am all I ordered was a pancake sausage and med coffee 12 sugars inside! I waited 5min before anyway even came to the window after paying guy at the first window, who didn’t even give me a receipt after the five minute wait in the guy came to the window. He gave me a coffee and he gave me my hot cakes. Nothing else no napkins no utensils no syrup no butter when I asked for these things he said they had nothing. He proceeded to go get me three butters two Syrups And a spoon! Steel, no napkins when I asked where my coffee and cream was, he said inside the coffee After I got down the street to work, I realize my coffee was black and there was no cream of sugar inside my hotcakes and sausage or cold. My sausage looked raw. This is so unacceptable as I’ve called the store 4 to 5 times only to get no answer, please get adults to work at night. The kids are there to play and not focus on the customer.

I’m BLOWN AWAY! I was greeted the moment I entered and I ordered at the counter. I asked for food to be cooked to order and it came out fresh and hot. I didn’t expect them to deliver the food to my table. That’s not McDonalds service but the service here was exceptional! Everyone was so pleasant. Two of the workers cleaned the lobby and then went outside to clean the parking lot. I had to look and make sure I wasn’t dreaming and in a McDonalds. Everything was Great!!! Did I say the service was exceptional?!? I’d give more stars if I could. I will definitely come back again!

I requested fresh fries and was asked to pull up. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was served fries that were clearly re-dropped and very greasy. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, the fries were taken back without an apology and handed back to me without a word. This was very disappointing service from the 2nd shift around 5 PM.

The service here is spotty. Half of the time it is great service with a smile, but I’ve had other experiences that were unacceptable. Especially at the drive-through.
I’ve been given the wrong order more than once, and had an experience at the drive through where several cars were asked to pull into the pick-up parking spots and had to wait 40+ minutes for our meals while cars behind us got theirs.
