This is the most mismanaged McDonalds on earth. Even a simple drive thru order means pulling into a pickup spot. After 15 minutes, you give up go and inside and they gave your order to someone else. Wait more. Happened 2 weeks in a row.

Ordered McMuffin with egg and sausage no butter no cheese because I have a dairy allergy, I got butter and cheese
I ordered a crispy chicken with a McMuffin, I received a chicken with a butter biscuit, which of course I’m allergic to because I have a dairy allergy
I ordered a Dr Pepper but received a Sprite so I literally got an order that I can’t eat or drink anything ! Unfortunately, I already drove off and didn’t notice until I was too far away to go back don’t bother with this place

Was walking and stopped here for coffee and cinnamon rolls. Got very prompt service at the counter and was quickly back on my way. The coffee was hot and very good. The cinnamon rolls were warm and tasty. The restaurant was very clean.

i just found a bone in my daughters chicken nuggets, i’m gonna try to reach out the manager in the morning but absolutely not okay.

I was just trying to order a coffee at the drive thru but I never was able to. I was very patient and very polite. The person at the drive through was extremely rude and I don’t know why. This occurred sometime between 8:50 AM EST and 8:55 AM EST on 11/28/24. I honestly didn’t even know what to do because the employee was so angry. I then politely asked if they were ok and there was radio silence so I left. It’s unfortunate. I hope the employee is doing well.

This is my my local McDonalds. I ordered a cheese burger with onions only. I got 12 tiny tiny pieces you can barely see them; very poor, not what I pay for, not what I expected. I also got medium fries , it was half empty. If I get half empty fries again, I will not be buying at McDonalds again
