Ordered 20 nuggets and a Iced Caramel Coffee on Uber Eats from here for delivery. None of the dipping sauces were put in the bag so ended up putting the nuggets in the trash, and the Iced Caramel Coffee had absolutely no Caramel in it.

Ordered on curbside today after 15 min wait and the app saying it was delivered, I went in. All the staff was arguing between themselves and no one will serve me while my order was waiting on the other side of the counter! 5 min later when in between screams some came to me to ask my order ID I finally got the food! I opened the order at home and I am missing 3 double cheeseburgers and nuggets and obviously no sauce... This MCdonalds is fun if you want to see a tv reality show happening in the kitchen with all the drama but else prices are way up and service is way down... Cannot recommend!

Bought my kids milkshakes. Got to the car with the shakes and noticed a rancid smell. I don't know if they used rotten milk or what but they are definitely inedible. Tried calling the store to report it so no one gets sick. No answer when I called. Something very very wrong with these shakes. Hoping we don't get sick from the sip we did have.

Night shift is the worst shift. Day shift is great. Night shift always gets your order wrong. The managers run it very wrong I don’t blame the workers. All of the night shift managers look like they are on
Staff was respectful and ready to help. The staff was very attentive to their duties as they completed orders and solved customer complaints promptly.

I was waiting in line for my food that I was waiting for over 15 minutes and I saw the manager yelling at a young lady who was coming from the restroom . I felt so bad for her and he made her leave work , if this is how you guys treat your employees I will not ever return to this restaurant. That was totally disrespectful and unacceptable to the young lady I hope she finds a better job and work with people who cares about her. This was January 25th 2024

Undoubtedly, hands down this location is pristine clean, property landscaping impeccable, outside trash bin always clean , restroom and dining room spic and span clean, food quality exceptional and accurate order, back of the house employees chattering in a busy bee style, but only area of concern that should be corrected is the front counter hospitality worker. He was beyond rude no matter how friendly we were. The only thing illuminating from him was his two huge diamond earrings. I suggest an employee that actually takes pride in their first impression.
