I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee as part of my order. However, when I received my items, the iced caramel coffee was missing and had been replaced with a large sweet tea without any notice or explanation. This was already disappointing, but I chose to accept it and move on. Unfortunately, upon trying the sweet tea, it tasted extremely watered down and nothing like sweet tea at all. The quality was unacceptable and made the situation even more frustrating. After reviewing feedback from other customers at this same location, I noticed that similar issues have been reported repeatedly. This suggests an ongoing problem with order accuracy and product quality that has not been addressed. This experience was both disappointing and unsatisfactory. I expect better attention to orders and quality control.

It’s ok for drive through but there was a homeless person sitting inside and washing his feet in the restroom sink. There was only one sink and it make it very difficult to work up an appetite.

My order was completed wrong but correct on the receipt. Make it make sense. You guys are so lucky that I had to Uber eats due to not having a vehicle. Make sure to double check the bag to ensure the order is correct with everything in it!!!!!!!!!! I’m supposed to stay hungry . Shame on you guys.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one is one of the best! Every time I go there, the service is great & the drive thru is quick & the order is all there & correctly made. 10/10 stars! I appreciate the efficiency & accuracy this location, they really pay attention to the details & are always warm & I just appreciate that. It’s hard to find people who care these days! Subject: Formal Customer Service Complaint
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this location and am submitting this for corporate review.
I waited at the drive-thru window for approximately eight minutes without being greeted or assisted. There were also two additional vehicles behind me waiting with no response. I then drove to the entrance, where a team member greeted me and referred me to a manager named Marcus. He explained that the team was celebrating an accomplishment, which is why no one was available at the window.
While I understand recognizing team achievements, customer service should remain the priority. Marcus offered to take my order but stated that I would need to re-enter the drive-thru line and drive around again to complete payment. When I expressed concern regarding customer service and this process, I was met with a dismissive attitude. He then stated I could speak with another manager; however, no additional manager ever came.
Eventually, my order was taken and payment was processed at the front, but the situation had already been mishandled. Marcus’s explanation and demeanor were unprofessional, and customers should not be left unattended due to internal celebrations. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable service expectations.
There is no soap in the restroom. No napkins and no hand sanitizer, so I doubt there is soap in the kitchen.

Whoever the two gentlemen were that worked the overnight shift had the absolute best customer service in spite of it being busy. Plus the food was fresh overall exceptional experience. They deserve a raise !
