I dont often come here but this moring ive order 3 chicken biscuit and only received 1 out of 3. When I asked for the other two they weren't even chicken biscuit, they where mcmuffins. Customer service is bad

I was going to complain about my door dash experience from earlier this morning. But I decided against it. My customer experience was even worse. My coffee had no sugar. But the lady who helped me with that was very apologetic. She gave me a lot of sugar packs in which one was open. I know that wasn't her fault though. Then I'm heading toward to exit and one of the workers with her ride self almost ran me over and didn't say "Excuse me" and I know she saw me. She could have caused an accident. Trust and believe if I would have gotten hurt, I would have sued. I won't be spending my money here ever again.

I frequent this McDonald’s a lot due to its proximity to me, so im disappointed to have to write this review. i found a hair in the middle of my chocolate chip cookie. This is not the first time i have found hair in my food from here. You cannot call them to inform them. Please ensure all your employees are wearing hairnets/it’s a clean kitchen, because this is ridiculous. I’m not able to finish my meals sometimes, as this happens quite a lot.
There is poor customer service here, as well as poor manager skills. (Overnight) I come because I work near here, but my orders are constantly wrong and the manager takes forever for your refund !!

They are clearly running a scam. They insist that my payment hasn’t gone through, only to keep pushing me to retry multiple times. Ultimately, the cashier had to call a manager who used her fingerprint to make another charge. When I confronted the young employee about the repeated charges, he denied it, but I caught him in the act. I saw him trying to hide the receipt, but I managed to grab a glimpse of it — I was charged multiple times for a simple medium fry.
When I brought this issue to the manager, she also denied that I had been charged more than once. Both of them were plastered with smirks that were unsettling, as if they shared a secret joke at my expense. Yes, a medium fry may seem trivial, but it is my money, and I only purchased it to use the WiFi for a brief period on my laptop. I don’t even regularly eat at McDonald's, but this experience has compelled me to take action.
I will be reporting this incident to corporate because it’s unacceptable to take advantage of customers who may not monitor their accounts as closely as I do. This behavior seems to be a routine practice, and they underestimated my vigilance. Times are tough, and I stand by my principles. They picked the wrong person to deceive.

Notoriously slow for a "fast food" joint. This place would be killing it if they were a little more operationally sound. May be a staffing issue, which is somewhat understandable these days, but the experience remains valid from a customer perspective.
