Did drive thru and it was fast. Service was fine. However the food was just so perfectly ruined. Fries were the perfect texture but tasted like they dropped it in the dead sea otw to the fryer. Burger bun was so fluffy and perfect with every sesame seed and onion bit spaced out perfectly evenly but it was the driest big Mac I've ever had in my life. These used to be juicy. Definitely not greasy by any means. The tea was extremely sweet but still delicious since it took me a minute to get home and the ice melted a bit. But the whole meal was just so thoughtfully ruined and served smoothly with a smile. Just #gremlins.

Waited in line for 20 minutes at 3am just to be told that they're closed until 4am for breakfast, even though it says open 24 hours, and I've ordered lunch/dinner from 3am-4 multiple times at this location.

I recently placed an order and ordered two large Sprites specifically to collect Monopoly points, but both cups I received were blank (no Monopoly game pieces). In the same order, I also redeemed a large fries using my rewards, and that item did include Monopoly points — so I know this location is participating in the promotion.

The inside and parking lot are very small but clean. The staff is always nice. The times I’ve gone here my food is always hot a fresh.

Me and my friend placed a order at like 9:40 and it took her 20 minutes to get there by the time she got there she got the drinks and no food they told her to park she waited for 30 minutes then one person came asked for the name then left her for ten more minutes so she went thru the drive through and then they lost the order so she spent another five minutes waiting then they forgot one burger. This was a awful service and a awful atmosphere

I’ve noticed that the service at this location is hit or miss. The morning shift that most of the adults work has good customer service. The shift that has mostly teenagers you’ll be lucky to even get a greeting.

This Review is for the horrible location on Metropolitan Not North Druid Hills. I'm not sure the miss up but the McDonald's on Metropolitan needs A General Manager that cares about its customers.The service was horrible and so was the food. I asked for hit fries twice. And when I arrived to the second window the cashier was texting and tapping on her phone. Meanwhile my food was sitting under the air getting cold. She then decided she was gonna make the drinks (I had 5 drinks on my order), as she did this she was digging into her hair. The manager passed over her and handed me my food, and as I thought the fries were ice cold. Therefore I informed the cashier that my fries were cold ( I had 5 on my order), but I asked for one small hot fry. The manager came to the window and spoke to me so rust and harsh, with her hair down her back and her nails just as long, with rhinestones and all. I will never visit this place again. But I will be sure to reach out to the health department

My best friend stopped to get a sand which at 8am. The morning crew in phenomenal. Food quality is great, their attitude is even better. Haven’t been to a McDonald’s that I could speak highly about in years.
