This is my favorite McDonald's to go to but today I was disappointed. I ordered a Steak, egg and cheese biscuit but got it on a bagel. I'm going to put it on that it was early and the workers was still sleepy.

Stopped in via the drive thru and ordered a # 3 (Double Quarter Pounder Meal) and #1 (Big Mac Meal with no onions) got my order and went home. My husbands #3 was raw in the middle and the #1 had onions. I called multiple times and was hung up on and sent to the fax and then they just let the phone ring non stop without answering it.

Food was awesome fresh and hot. Loved it and even though it was a long line when we pulled up to the drive thru (10/15). We were moving quickly. The total time was about 5/8 minutes. AWESOME JOB MCDONALDS!!!

What an unexplainable extremely long wait 15 plus minutes and that was just to order. While waiting in tow was another big endurance mac test. To finally receive half of an order of the order. Might not be returning no time soon cause whewww That's was exhuasting. From what I was told at least.

I came to this McDonald’s a few days ago for some food, me and my husband were on this side of town. My order was messed up so I pulled back through the drive thru and a Mexican lady with a yellow shirt had a very nasty Attitude. All I was asking is for her to replace my food, she never replaced it she said since I left the premises there is nothing she can do about it. I started to get very upset because my whole order was nasty and the food was not fresh. I’m literally just asking for them to make it fresh and she refuses. My voice was getting deeper and this lady called me the hard ER word! Now this is very triggering to me because my grandfather was a slave all over some food? She had a pony tail in her head and a yellow shirt . I do not like this behavior, I am a professional and this behavior was unacceptable. I will be calling the headquarters and also I am filing. A lawsuit please don’t eat at this McDonald’s ever if the Mexican lady is there
worst McDonald's Ive ever been in. Dining in is the worst experience ever. The workers barely acknowledge you. It takes a long time for them to take your order. and on top of that they are rude. If you hate your job and the company you work for, why make the customer's waste their time on a middle aged African American to flip their burgers and take their order. The McDonald's down the street has a better service as they are ran by strong hispanic people.

Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes with one car in front of us to find out they were closed at 10:54. Only wanting a medium fry so the assistant said he would ask the manager who then got on to say they already cleaned the fry area. Very rude. Will be complaining to corporate about this location.

I did an online order. When I arrived no one was in the building so I thought. I had to looping around the parking lot 3 times then I finally saw workers almost hiding from the public eye.If they were not ready to work thats fine but you could atleast say it on the microphone instead of having people wait and they use the app and spent their money.. it was inconvenient, and waste of time. It took me 35 mons to get 1 meal.
