The service was terrific, shift leader was horrible and rude, was busy on her phone .After Called couple times then responses very rude , if I asked for anything like light salt on fries or bag for big order, she didn’t like it.

We ordered through Uber eats, but if you can find somewhere else to get your food, do it. Don’t take this option. They send whatever they wanted, no dressings, the whole order was wrong. And the quality, awful.

This place is a joke. Just like the hospital, all they care about is money. No refills on tea and no notice. Employees are rude and wait time is ridiculously slow.

Very friendly staff and the food was great, also the sweet tea was really good, I ate and drank it all, lol, But when I went to get a refill I found out this location doesn't do free refills and the male manager wasn't to friendly about it, he just said we don't do refills, I would have added a "I'm sorry " we don't do refills at this location, that manager wasn't up there the first time I ordered, so things can change quick, lol, like my rating went from a 5 to a 3 in 20 minutes

I ordered while in the hospital because I was hungry and the hospital stops serving food at 5. My tech nurse went to pick up the food and said the people were very rude and gave her a hard time. When I received my food, it had none of the extra items on it that I paid for. I only ordered from here because I was desperate.

Let me start with I think they made the names up once I asked for them, but Madison which I was told she going through something right now, as I pull in the drive thru all of a sudden this individual proceeds to say, Continue with you order rude and loudly, So i wanted to say, you never asked for my order in the first place but ok, I would like etc. She asked after the first item is that it, so I say no then Continued with my order. I pull up to the window she doesn't even look my way just tells me the price and i hand her my card. I go to the front, the young lady really was probably just following her environment. I was asked to pull forward because I needed to wait on the nuggets which I'm ok with. I get my food and it's got not one but 2 fries cold, burger had everything I asked not to be put on, then the nuggets I waited for I didn't even get the amount I ordered!!! Then I came back in, had multiple people rush at me like these are my friends etc they never mess anything up you're wrong! I'm calmly asking for my money back, the child proceeds to walk up after saying the most up disrespectful thing I've ever heard out of a kids mouth and passes gas literally right up next to me! Everyone's laughing because they dont know who they are talking to so im seriously thinking to myself if I see any of those kids there again, I will be more than happy to watch the tape! Ill wait! I don't care who their parents are none of those employees that were working your night shift tonight not only should be fired also all of the kids that were there actually the only people in there at the time should never be allowed to work or attend any of your corporations locations ever again. Ill be waiting for a response. Also the senoritas at night are amazing! Have a wonderful night!

Specifically, I recently ordered two pies, and the apple pie I received was congealed and burnt, indicating a lack of proper food handling and storage practices. It appears that they don't follow proper timestamping procedures for their baked goods, as the pie I received was likely expired hours earlier. I strongly believe that this location should be replaced with a more reputable business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and food safety.

It's so dirty, they have food on the kitchen floor and they give you the wrong food. The health department should come see this location.

Look I know that the hospital food is up and down but if you enjoy your special moment with your new little one DO NO EAT HERE! I've just about missed the photoshoot because the nuggets about took me to the upside down. The photographer thought I was smiling in the pictures but I actually was clinching for dear life until she left.
