They didn't have cheese for 2 days and didn't want to give me my money back for double cheeseburgers with no cheese in them. Today also no mayo, and no soft drinks.

Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes from the staff. Not to mention lack of inventory to supply a majority of the items on the menu. Also not surprising the ice cream machine doesn't work. Staff expresses clear displeasure for having to be there. Night staff on this date 1/4/25.

Currently in minute ten of my wait for two cokes and a large fry.

Update: 25 minutes and my order arrived. Fries were unsalted. No way for refund

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service, they are never prepared on anything! If you know lunch time is a busy time you should be stacked up on items that can be premade. The wait time should not be 20 mins. The manager on the second shift one time stated “ if they don’t like it they can go eat somewhere else “ . The worse McDonald’s.

This is beyond the worst McDonald's ever. First of all, no one is at the counter to take orders, people are standing around. No one is telling them or directing people on how you're supposed to have your order done. Then someone asked if anyone taking orders and the girl said From the back where the grill is she said we don't even have no Cooks. I'm not even supposed to be back here. Bad customer service, massages and I just LEFT!!!! IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TRIP COMING DOWN THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND I DID NOT!!!!!

Standard McDonald's. Came here for breakfast mcgriddle, food came out in a few minutes and plenty of places to sit. They have digital menus so don't need to wait in line to order.
