Literally the worst! You ask for a Steak, egg, and cheese bagel and they give you bacon…..The wait times are always ridiculous as well! They are in such a prime location! Wish they’d get it together!!!

Sat in the drive thru for ten min and no one took the order, pulled up to the window and they said I had to go around and re-order and I couldn’t just do it there. Employees here need to get their crap together

Placed an order on the app, paid via the app, was given a code that I gave to the drive through...the cashier had no idea what to do with a mobile app order. They had to take my phone into the restaurant (through the drive through window) so they could figure out what was going on. This was literally just an order for 2 cheeseburgers made using the app. That would've been frustrating in and of itself, but imagine my surprise when I got home and...
...there was no meat in either burger. There's no way that this wasn't intentional. Two buns with cheese and NO meat. Nothing. Now I'm starving and it's too late and too far to go back. Out $8.

Waited 5 minutes after I received my food and still no water. I asked the guy who acknowledged me asking for a water 3 times...
Someone else asked for their drinks 2 minutes into me waiting. They immediately went to get their drinks... I told the same person who was quick if I can get a water and she tells the person who acknowledged me earlier and I waited another 3 minutes. Maybe I have to be hispanic next time and ask for it in Spanish. He said something slick under his breath in Spanish too. I speak Spanish bozo, I literally just want the water. If you have to legs and breathe oxygen, then yes make sure you apply here because it seems like they would love to hire you. They need the help. No reason I should be waiting 5 min for water and someone else gets their drinks immediately because they asked in Spanish.
Oh yea, he hands me my order and I say thank you, no response from him... ridiculous. Go to any other mcdonalds, unless you're ordering in Spanish though, you'll get serviced immediately without delay. What a joke

The large box of potatoes fell out, I notified him that they fell out, then he said ok, we'll replace them, I sat down to eat and they never brought the potatoes to the table, before leaving I left half of the potatoes there cold and I said thank you
