Restaurant door for dining was
closed at 10pm but they are supposed to close by 11pm. An employee saw me trying to open the door and ignore me. He made eye contact and move on like i was not there

I just picked up a mobile ordered, Of course I didn’t get a receipt cause they were out or low , which I said it was fine , so when I realized I was missing an item , I got back in line . Which they was taking forever . Also this lady didn’t say good morning . Was in line for like 20 minutes . When I try explaining this lady giving out the food , she asked for the receipt . And told her about it , she said well I can’t do anything without a receipt , I said mam I have a receipt in my phone . She kept going on how she gave me everything , which I don’t think she was getting what I said, I ordered this , paid for it and showed her , once she realized no sorry no nothing . Had an attitude , I really don’t understand why she greeting people or even at drive thru . Horrible customer service .

so i dont even write reviews but now i’m boutta troll, cause folks done pissed me off and i got time :)))) so let’s just say this has gotta be the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to in atl and not bc of the food but the service is HORRIBLE, lemme start off with two specific people that have made all my experiences so bad! omg i can’t even explain how bad!!!! the night shift is full of people who don’t get clapped or something but anyways let’s start with the fruity black male handling the orders smh ALWAYS having a attitude, and there is never a day he doesn’t say something rude to me, and mind you I LIVE ACROSS THE ST 😂 so i’m here often in the AM (which omg god bless the morning crew so professional especially them sweet hispanic ladies), back to the “male”, i’ve genuinely asked for him to stop being rude but he just sits there and argues with me instead of finding a solution to get me out the line (like any other would do) BUT ofc since he’s not a girl, he’s just mad at the world bout miserableeee asl, i’ve never had such encounter. now on to the next, that old asain lady that b takin orders too… man i be trynna be respectful but the way this lady talks and be trynna check me and ends up getting checked back 😂 is hilarious bc i just never understand the whole attitude thing when all this, is just straight business. i just don’t get it tbh but see i let things like this not affect me too much so a person like me may do the most and write a review or wtv but one day these folks are gonna get the wrongggg person on the right day lol i hope they keep that attitude up cause i can reassure you it won’t be no review, mcdonalds, please do better and get rid of miserable people like this cause they clearly don’t appreciate the privilege of working there bhaha!

Person taking orders is incredibly disrespectful to customers; was attempting to unnecessarily lecture me on the verbage of what a combo meal is, it was extremely condescending and weird. Will not be back
I’m a little late but back in January I ordered my food fresh and hot and I’m finally doing a review for them. They were absolutely pleasing and the food was delicious.
We ordered through the mobile McDonalds app and had curbside pickup. We had items missing from our order AGAIN. We called the store and nobody seemed to know what they were doing and getting compensation was much more difficult than needed. Person on the phone started lecturing us about RULES in such a condescending manner about how it was all our fault. It’s upsetting to go through this experience MULTIPLE times at our favorite McDonalds spot where they rudely told us to “GET YOUR MISSING ITEM.” No manners. What type of customer service is this?
This is my favorite location. I will drive from Stockbridge to this location. Kasandra and Anna are we personable people . They make sure your order is accurate and that you leave happy. 🩷 customer service is always on point for me . I let the manager know that her store was superb and the staff was always great!
this had to be the worst mcdonald’s in the WORLD.. and becuz ii live across the street i’m mad at myself for continuing to go back but it’s not becu im loyal it’s BECUZ ITS ACROSS THE STREET 🤦🏽♂️
ii order a plain sandwich EVERYTIME. ii’ll even make the order myself with the app saying PLAIN then ii go back and uncheck everything except PLAIN and the most recent time it took them 3 chances to get my order correct and it still wasn’t correct. checked it up as a loss
