This is my favorite location. I will drive from Stockbridge to this location. Kasandra and Anna are we personable people . They make sure your order is accurate and that you leave happy. 🩷 customer service is always on point for me . I let the manager know that her store was superb and the staff was always great!
Woman at the window was very rude over mistake of cup of coffee. When I explained that it was not what I ordered she took my hot coffee in the Small cup and gave me ice coffee in a small kid cup. I was unhappy about that asked her get me the regular size. She seemed more upset like she couldn’t make a mistake. Anyway the manager handled he had me to pull over and wait for him to make it. I waited almost 3 more minutes. I was calm but had the look of frustration on my face. ...
Found a 1/2 inch piece of bone in a chicken nugget.... Fries weren't good either: not enough salt and seemed a little old, which was weird for 11:30am. The bone was definitely the major issue as it could have hurt someone.
