Pay for the food online. Get there and they give me completely raw french fries. Third time in a row. I pointed it out they said no that's how we cook them. I eat way too much McDonald's and normally they cook the fries. So now they have my money and I don't have any food. Disgusting, lovely way to treat your customers. I should sit in the parking lot and tell everybody walking in that y'all don't cook your food

The broad at the pick up window lacks basic customer service skills. It's probably why she works at a fast food chain. when I got to the window, she opened it and didn't say one word, I said hello to her, and she just stared me dead in the face and didn't say anything back. I said hi again incase she didn't hear me the first time. Again, she just stared at me like I spoke a foreign language . Not sure what her malfunction is , but with that kind of customer service, McDonald's is the only place that will hire you.

Clarified four separate times to get a happy meal cheeseburger with only ketchup on it. Was then charged for cheeseburger happy meals and got to hear angry children when they got hamburgers with ketchup and no cheese. The gall to charge the higher rate and then get the order wrong is incompetence or negligence.

I placed a mobile order and after receiving my bag of food. I noticed right away that they barely even gave me any fries. The guy that handed me the food seen me pick up the bag of fries that was short and o ly had small like inch and inch and a half fries in it which didn't even stick out the the pack it comes in and he could tell I wasn't happy about it. I was willing to let it go and not say anything. Then I noticed they didn't give me any tangy barbeque that was on my order that was supposed to come with my chicken nuggets. I then ask for barbeque and then I'm told it will be 50 cents for barbeque. If they'd do their jobs right, I wouldn't have had to ask for any barbeque. I was so upset with the whole experience and poor service I received, i abruptly left without receiving my drink or large frappe. I live right by the McDonald's located by the perimeter mall and eat their every other day, which I've never received poor service like I received at this location(3510 Ashford Dunwoody).. I highly recommend you don't eat here and to go to the one by the mall for a better overall experience. The one by the mall (4540 Ashford Dunwoody) usually gives you two cups of barbecue with your food and if you were to ask for a cup of barbeque, they will literally just give you two without trying to harass you for 50 cents a cup. The difference in the atmosphere, customer service and food quality is very different between these locations which says a lot about the management at each.. You can tell just by the people at the 3510 Ashford Dunwoody location that the hiring is biased too.. There's a reason this location has so many 1 star reviews.. It definitely speaks volumes...

I came on my lunch break (I work from home). Ordered a double cheese with Mac sauce and a 6pc nugget. Unfortunately when I got home my top bun was ripped apart. Not cut. Ripped. I took the sandwich back. Due to more issues with my order lately
1. Sausage McGriddle did not have a top bun 2 . I was given the incorrect order…
So… I just opt of getting a refund this time. The manager on duty, had no type of empathy on the situation. He walked to the drive thru and handed me a refund. I asked if I could have the money placed back on my card. He stated NO, because he didn’t know how I paid and he already refunded me. After going back and fourth, he asked for my card. I parked and came in. I payed using tap pay. So when I tapped my card to receive the refund. He kept saying it’s declining! So I asked do you need my physical card. He still was acting as if he was unsure. I left to go and get my purse which has the physical card and the refund went through.The manager refused to give his name, he was African American maybe mid 20s or 30s. Bilingual, very sassy … As a manger you suppose to be an example. The back and fourth over $4 and the lack of empathy was ridiculous.You made the issue more complex. I was already upset I had to come back on my lunch hour. Hopefully your hire ups will use this as a chance for coaching.

I ordered 4 plain double cheeseburgers; when I got home, I found they'd given me 4 plain cheeseburgers instead. I called this store to let them know, and the young man I talked to was extremely rude & resistant to making things right. Since then, I've called Mc Donald's customer service 3 times and been told each time that someone would contact me about resolving the issue. So far, I've heard nothing, and I want my 4 plain double cheeseburgers!
