The staff needs to do better. I ordered a Mobile order to be picked up via drive-through. I went to the drive-through and was told that my order was not in the system repeatedly. After trying to cancel my order, it said that I could not do it because the order was already being prepared so I went inside to show them and come to find out that they basically gave my food to someone else so the ticket went away. After I got my food after waiting an additional 10 mins … they gave me the wrong size smoothie.. due to the fact that you have to pay extra for a smoothie in general, why would I want a downsized smoothie when I paid for a bigger size. Then the excuse was that they ran out of medium sized smoothie cups… instead of possibly being compensated with a large I got a smaller cup. Long story short, the service here is terrible!!!

I only go to this location because they have the best ice cream consistently compared all the other McDonald's that are nearby and their machines are almost always working.
Their ice cream is very creamy it's mixed perfectly and their portions are fair they also charge more than everyone else but it's worth it for me.

Been going to this location on Ashford Dunwoody rd & Johnson Ferry intersection for years for Strawberry Banana Smoothies! Second time I have purchased one in the past 2 weeks, 1st one didn't taste right! This last one purchased today, tasted watered down and left an aftertaste in my mouth. I don't think its the strawberries either. I don't know what they are doing but they need to correct it! Very disappointed. Other locations did not taste this way. Will not be going back to this location for awhile.

Pls MIX syrup with coffee, I just made a sip and recognized it’s pure syrup, theeen I was thinking to mix it but lid wasn’t closed properly, long story short my pants and driver seat smells coffee now😑

App says they close at 10:30PM. Google says they close at 11PM. I placed a mobile order at 9:55PM and I arrived at 10:10PM. Went through the drive thru for the girl to repeat “we’re closed” even though I told her I have a mobile order already paid for but she ignores me. I asked for a refund and no one answered. I pull up to the window to ask for a refund, the girl refuses again because they’re closed. I go around to the door where another employee gets the manager. Manager repeats they’re closed and I tell him I have an order already placed and they already took my money. He repeatedly refuses to give me a refund and tells me to come back tomorrow. You took my money now and all you have to do is cancel the order. Employees thought it was funny to take my money for no reason. Terrible service and rude.

It has been a disappointment to find, in about a period of 3 months, two McDonald's restaurants providing the worst service ever, discriminating against consumers, being disrespectful, pulling things from the client, and when the client made the claim to the manager, the manager just disregard the client's claim, then the Drive thru employee shut the windows in the face of the client.!! Shame.. all because the employee supposedly didn't understand the client's request. What a shameful behavior, McDonalds is going from BAD to WORST.

Ordered through drive thru about 7:30p. My order was missing cheese and buns were hard. Fries were cold. Nuggets were harder than usual but warm.
Only thing that was decent was the sprite.

No wonder it’s barely any customers here. How you perform says a lot. Do better guys!! I’m done with this location.

My daughter and I came here after visiting someone in the hospital for a quick bite to eat. We were the only ones in the restaurant which was nice. We were served quickly and the ice cream machine was even working so we could have a McFlurry as a sweet treat. The staff was nice. Restrooms and tables were slightly messy. Nothing over the top, just needed a little attention. Drive-thru seems busy. One thing that seems to be prevalent in the McDonald's that I've been to recently is constant loud beeping of the equipment in the kitchen that can be heard throughout the restaurant.
