This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life it smelled like urine in the lobby. There was water coming out of the kitchen, and the food was cold and cooked improperly.

Every time I go to this restaurant it’s beyond me they continue to do the wrong order it’s started with the drive thru and I tell the order they confirm it I go to the pickup window it’s wrong. Somebody is having instructions issues. So

Did you hear that sound that's Ray Kroc turning over in his grave! Stopped on September 21st to get a chocolate milkshake I hadn't had any lunch they got it there real fast but they need to slow down and mix it..... it was vanilla in the bottom partially mixed in the top sort of a light brown..... Ray built McDonald's on good food and service which lately pretty much all the McDonald's I've stopped at are liking especially this one.....

Never ever want to go eat at this place! I went in to order food to eat inside, but the inside! The wet sign all over the floor! Every tables and chairs are very dirty! So I change my mind and tell the worker I'm sorry but can you just put the food in the bag I'll take them out! I didn't want to sit on those tables like that! They need to hire someone just to clean inside if their busy with their drive thru customers! I hope the inside where they make food and drinks is clean

I must say this was one of the best experiences I had at a McDonald’s this morning thanks to Ms Julie she was so pleasant and possessed such good customer service, I think she needs to be a trainer for all McDonald’s! Thank you Ms Julie you were awesome
