The system was down and the wait was 5 minutes. The manager was there taking care of the issue and the cashier offered me the McDouble I was going to order. They were so sweet. I would have been skipping lunch without this so I appreciate it.

I have zero expectations when having McDonald's but this location managed to have the worst food and service. It's extremely dirty, service was slow, and employees had a bad attitude. There's something definitely wrong with the management as you can see that none of the employees cared.

Naturally this place is busy being in an airport but huge shout out to Kenisha for making this restaurant run like a Swiss watch! She goes above and beyond.

I frequent this airport on a regular basis in the afternoon to evening.
This location frequently appears to be running on a skeleton crew with 0 items prestaged for providing food.
It is called fast food, but you have to budget at least 15-20 minutes to order and receive your food.
The employees constantly appear to be moving as if they are being forced to work on a day off, SLOW without a purpose.
When I was in food industry 5 minutes was the max time to get a customer through the line with food in their hands and that was seen as slow.

The guy that attended to me at the till was nice, but the young lady that we had to go to for drinks had zero customer service skills and was rude. We said hello to her, and she totally ignored. We asked her for sauces, and she just threw her hands in the direction of the sauces in a dismissive manner. We said thank you to her after she dropped our cup of coke onto the slab in a carefree manner, and again, she totally ignored. I had to call her to say to her that it is nice to respond to people's greetings. The meal wasn't good either. The staff didn't have their hair covered, and most had very long hair (to their waist), not even packed back.
