I went to McDonald's today on Northside Parkway to get a double cheeseburger and it was very, very salty. So the employees need to be mindful of how much salt they put on these burgers as some people have health conditions. In addition, there was one employee that knew English that was trying to communicate with other employees. All the rest of the employees knew no English. So she was kind of frustrated because she couldn't get the help she needed. Like, if we want to hire people to take care of the general public, they need to know some type of English to be able to help us out.

I eat here at least once a week but come in to grab a large sweet tea and possibly charge my phone for a minute if needed. Staff is always respectful and gets to know and rember you by name. Almost zero wait time. Especially if you use the kiosks. Thanks to all my friends who still find the time to greet a treat you like it's a sit down and order type of restaurant even though they work so hard. Literally just watched one of the workers (white/hispanic guy with glasses and tattoos on his neck) open mouth with no cover sneeze on the coke machine TWICE!! So gross! I have a video that I will be sending to the heal department. It happened at 10:07 am if the management/owners wants to go back and review the video of him doing it. He never cleaned it either, he just walked away. Completely unacceptable!!!

Please be AWARE when entering the restaurant, there's a Ginormous hole in the driveway, and you just might ruin your Tires, Rims, Axle, etc! Do better McDonald's, I'm sure you know That hole is there and needs to be repaired ASAP!

I stopped by this McDonald’s on October 8, 2025, around 7:58 p.m. after ordering a meal deal through the app. I couldn’t believe it—there was sauce in my nugget box instead of actual nuggets. Completely unacceptable.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations in the area. I’ve only come here out of convenience, but after this experience, I’ll make the extra trip to the Roswell Rd location. The food and service there are so much better.

I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, substituting sausage for steak with no onions, and added cheese to the eggs. The order was completely wrong. When I returned to have it corrected and showed proof of purchase, the employee who claimed to be the manager struggled to communicate clearly. Another manager, Maria, came over and was extremely rude — and this was before 7 a.m.
She even asked why I didn’t just remove the onions myself, which completely missed the point. That’s not what I ordered, nor what I paid for.
This location has terrible customer service and clearly lacks proper training. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in Atlanta.

Great job in the remodeling. Clean and bright. Very friendly employees. We enjoyed our visit. We went the other day and their specials are wonderful and very reasonable.
Horrible service, something was wrong with the system to where it wouldn't accept my mobile order code (second time this has happened) . I showed them my code and order on the phone the woman at the register kept walking away and not helping. Had me cancel my order at the last minute to reorder it and by that time what I wanted wasn't available anymore, I'd rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to Wendy's than stop at this store again
