The girl at the drive thru was super rude. I told her the app was still processing my payment she rushed me. No one in the drive thru. So I said forget the app I will just order. She needed me to repeat the whole order over. Then when I got to the window I tried to scan my app for points since I couldn’t order through the app. She yells at me and says why didn’t you tell me before ummm I did!!! Then I just say forget it drive to the next window. I let the next lady know she is really rude. The lady apologized she didn’t need to she didn’t do anything. She was so sweet. Her manager turns to her and says we don’t bash our co workers??? Not sure how she bashed her fellow employee by apologizing for her rude attitude. It very much gave he’s friends with the rude girl. You should be more focused on customer service not your work friendships. I’m giving 4 stars just because of the sweet young lady who actually cared enough to offer an apologize.

It's a very good location, stays open all night. If you aren't scared of a sketchy atmosphere, you won't mind getting your food here. If you in there past midnight, be prepared for your food to be cold, or expect to be there on the line for a good minute. Always ask for your sauces because they will never put any in he bag.

I go here almost everyday employees are great ain't helpful the food is always warm and fresh the only complaint I have is the manager is read sometimes I seen him judge customers by how they look even though they look homeless they're still there purchasing food

I wonder why other points do not install playground for kids. It's so good when you can just rest while your kid is having a great time.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time and usually they on point! But tonight!! I asked for a double quarter pounder and they had lettuce and mayonnaise in my shit and it was a regular quarter pounder. Asked for a sweet tea no ice still got it full of ice. They asked if i wanted to make it a large i said No and after i paid and got all the way home i checked the bag and it was a damn large! Y’all need to listen! And i want My money back!
Waited over 20 minutes after paying to get a large fries, several customers were stuck waiting in the parking lot as they were giving food to customers who ordered after us.

Worst hamburger ever! I mean how do you mess up a plain hamburger from mcdonalds....well they did! Absolutely tasteless undercooked no flavor ehhh....then have the nerve to charge 1.99 for a plain burger smh

We come to the area for the Chastain Arts fest yearly and every time I visit this location it is just incredible, the way they work as a team to make sure every guest leaves with a smile and satisfaction they come for. Peaches and Tanisha are awesome they make sure you are taken care of and they never disappoint.

Manager is very rude wants to charge 27 cent each for sauces even though it’s in the app for free that’s not a me problem you guys to up date the app but manger is very rude from the crew they had before don’t recommend

This was the cleanest McDonald’s I have been to. (and The bathroom was spotless). The manager, Tanishia was awesome and very fun for my grandson. The kids gym area was equally as clean and a staff member delivered our order to us at the table.!!
Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy but he could have apple slices instead of cookies. Hamburger and nuggets and fries are all dairy free, along with their blizzard drink.
