Night shift is horrible. They caught an attitude with 2 Uber eats drivers and claimed they never received order and claimed they couldnt do anything about it. Rude people that dont feel like working.

I was working in the area and stopped by here twice on Separate days. The staffs attitude were awful. They had the absolute worst customer service skills. Both times, I ordered my daughter a Happy Meal and both times the toy wasn't in the box. They literally watched me open the box and show them they inside of it but still acted like I was trying to get over for the little toy. If it happened to be twice on different days, it has happened to others, so why y'all acting like I'm lying about a simple little toy? Ridiculous. If you ask for Ketchup, they act like you asked them to go home and get it from their personal kitchen. Do better. If you don't want to work there, don't.

This will be my final visit to this McDonald's. I experienced an excessive delay in the drive-thru, was asked to park due to food not being ready, and they were concerned about the timer being manipulated to falsely appear as speedy service while I was incurring fuel costs. Upon receiving my food, I found the fries to be cold and old.
