Messed my order up and up charged my order. I ordered the Steak, Egg & Cheese McMuffin. There was a picture of it along with the other steak breakfast sandwich options. Instead of saying they didn't have it (which I didn't understand because there was a picture of it), she charged me for the steak bagel and substituted it for an english muffin and left the nasty folded egg on there. My total was almost $9, which is ridiculous, especially since I didn't even get what I wanted. Could've charged me for an egg or sausage McMuffin and upcharged me for the steak. I don't know... I was just highly disappointed.

This store does not follow McDonald's hours they do not respect their customers do not inform their customers that they are not open for business leaving customer to sit in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone to come to them that never comes I need the closest store because obviously the people who work here don't like working

We pulled up about 10min before midnight. Waited at the drive through saying HELLO, are you guys closed early? And nothing we waited awhile and as it got close to 12am staff came on the intercom to advise they are now closed. It wasn’t even 12am yet.

Was staying in the area and stopped by for breakfast and a place to wait before the airport, service and friendliness of staff and manager was exceptional. Inside/dine-in was also clean and inviting. Great all around

Customer service is usually a hit or miss depending on what employees they have on staff. Both the property itself and the inside of the building is usually well-kept and free of trash. As a negative, it can often take a while for an employee to come to the register to complete my kiosk order. Since they rely on people making their own orders and paying themselves at the kiosk or going through the drive-thru, no one is ever at the front register ready to assist customers if need be and they end up falling behind on addressing the live, in-person orders in a timely manner as a consequence. This can really mess up the experience of the customers who need to pay in cash at the counter, have questions, or need anything that relies on employees having to facilitate. With all that said, the food is usually pretty good even though they don't always follow the custom requests placed on some orders.

Parking: It's a rather small lot, but it usually doesn't get packed.

I almost never eat McDonald's and if I do, it's usually the fries. Unfortunately, one of my grandchildren wanted a Happy Meal so I found myself there. I don't know if it's the case at all locations, but this one can't sell a Happy Meal without the drink and there's an upcharge to add the drink. The cashier and supervisor tried multiple ways, including adding tap water, but could not enter the order without adding at least 10 cents to the cost. Seems this should be a consumer protection agency violation since the cost before taxes it's at least 10 cents higher than the price on their menu. Is this a bait and switch?
