Customer service is usually a hit or miss depending on what employees they have on staff. Both the property itself and the inside of the building is usually well-kept and free of trash. As a negative, it can often take a while for an employee to come to the register to complete my kiosk order. Since they rely on people making their own orders and paying themselves at the kiosk or going through the drive-thru, no one is ever at the front register ready to assist customers if need...

The problem with McDonald's on the west side or predominantly black areas are there poorly ran poorly managed poorly supervised the lines are always long and slow the young people that they have staffing them most of the time or not professional a lot of times rude and most of the time never say thank you appreciate your business sadly I really shop or eat anything on the west side of town for those reasons I drive for the route so I can encounter better services, better...
