Pathetic service. I waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup, and no one bothered to bring out my order. The place was empty and it was not busy, yet my order was completely ignored. What’s the point of offering curbside pickup if customers are just left waiting with no communication? Very disappointing experience.

Notified staff immediately and waited over 30 minutes with no resolution, no refund, and no manager assistance. Employees repeatedly avoided the counter instead of addressing the issue.
This location appears to have serious management and accountability failures that the franchise owner should review closely.

The employees seemed unconcern, and slow.And the manager was rude & disrespectful I placed an online order came in today to pick it up. Waited 10 minutes.there were 10 others waiting No one came to the front to help so I said excuse me the manager came to the front and said I just was up here and told him that the DoorDash was being taken care of When I tried to explain to her that no one is coming upfront to help anyone that’s walking inside she proceeded to just be rude. The gentleman behind me stated he understood where I was coming from and she told him that it was none of his business. There was another woman there that said she was also rude When another manager came to the front she tried to de-escalate the situation and the other manager just continue running her mouth in a rude manner. I asked to speak to someone so I can report her and they told me that I’d have to come back on Monday and would not give me her name. I will definitely be calling corporate I understand why they have more 1 stars than they do any other 2.9 is horrible
It was more talk then work been done the lobby was not clean at all next visit hopefully it clean i work for the healthy department if i was work I most definitely would give the store a F I give them another chance but my sandwich was not cooked all the way at all

The only reason I even give two stars is because of a young man named DeMarcus. I stood there for 30 minutes watching customers come and go. I was never acknowledged until about the last 2530 minutes, but DeMarcus was literally the only person that acknowledged any customers that was standing in that line there was a manager that came up and multiple times ignored the fact that a customer in front of me was trying to speak to her in regards to her order that she had placed 30 minutes prior to that she had been passed over other customers had come in and left while she’s still sitting there waiting on her order management is a serious issue at this location. She’d shout out to DeMarcus though.

They have female manager on the night shift; she is the most horrible manager they have working there. It’s pointless to customer service to make a complaint. They won’t even address the issue that was drought to there attention. I use to eat there everyday on my lunch break. Not any more. One day before Christmas 2022. My order was wrong that I prepaid for with my MacDonald's app. I already waited in line for 25 minutes. No complaints on that. It happens. But; that also was making me late to return back for work from my lunch break. Plus my order was wrong. So I asked for my money back because I have no time to wait any longer. The night shift manager refused to give a refund on my food. As she stated they don’t give refund on food you prepaid from the MacDonald's app. And that the MacDonalds is not their app it’s a 3rd app and to with the cashier next if I’m looking to get a refund. So I had to leave without NO refund and NO food to eat. But I did go back in asked for my receipt so I can for a refund on food I never got. She told the cashier to hurry up and give me my receipt so I can kick rocks. I called customer service. That lady was nice and helpful. She sent a request for them to refund my money back. tThey never did and that why I take it as the issue was never addressed. Now I pay a higher price I don’t want pay by eating some places else. The name I can say because they don’t pay me to advertise. But know this I go eat elsewhere just for respect where I spend my hard earned money. I work from 2pm to 2am. And don’t feel like proofreading. So a may have some typos. I’m sleepy and did want to keep putting off this review after I seeing the police have to pull up there yesterday over another issue. Now I understand why I didn’t get my money back that day. That MacDonald’s location is bad for business. One more thing. I will show you some of how much MacDonalds I eat.
