I had two separate mobile orders placed and paid for through the app. They only serviced one order, and couldn’t find my second order.
Finally get both orders and they BOTH had COLD FRIES.
Being dishonest, after I asked are these fresh fries ?
The Front end representatives were more concerned about their phones instead of providing quality service. Once I saw all the females with the bad weave, I assumed my food was going to be terrible & IT WAS TERRIBLE !!!

I had a taste for a fish filet which I hadn’t had in a while. The bottom bun was as hard as a rock. Can’t believe the workers would even box that up. If I hadn’t been so tired and hungry I would have taken it right back. Instead I just ate the fish with only the top bun. It was a very disappointing meal.

The young kids don’t need to be working here. They literally on the phone at the window or having conversations. It was two young girls. Also, I shouldn’t have to repeat my order 3 times. Listen and pay attention!!! And the fact that yall don’t fill the fries to the top. Ordered a large, but filled it like I had a medium. Get it together!!!

Something has to be done about this location and the other one near cascade rd. Every time we try to come and order they have line completely back up and have people just standing around for 15 mins just to order. And they won’t let you go in to order …..where is corporate…..
What a bad service. Girl at drive T was so rude just because she couldn’t hear what I was saying . not costumer’s problem that speaker isn’t working. Or that she’s busy with something else except costumer’s order. I did order a regular coffee no cream or sugar were added. “No science is required for this process” . I don’t recommend this location

This location is closer to my home in South Fulton. However it’s the most unprofessional location I’ve ever witness from a McDonald’s Franchise. Yesterday, Friday 10/4/2024, the young man at the window during breakfast hours was arguing LOUD with another employee, while taking our debit card, (regarding who was going to get on fries and who wasn’t). The first impression at the drive-through order screen was horrible. I couldn’t make out what the lady taking my order was even saying. She was mumbling something about reward points and sound very unwelcoming. She was talking fast and slurring words together, I feel her job was just to confuse you even more so you would just drive off. Then to add more unprofessionalism. They pulled me and my husband up to the side and then another lady came out with our order talking on her personal cellphone, having a full fledged conversation with someone about something that was going on at her house. Not to mention our order was completely wrong but why would we even dare bring attention to that, when entire staff is given off unprofessional behavior. I will drive to Douglasville before I would ever go back to this location. The owner has to be someone with no standards or business ethics to continue to let this type of unprofessional behavior be attached to his/her McDonald’s Franchise.Just remove this location, it’s doing nothing for the community and is a waste of space!
