I ordered food the meat was so dry and the bread was hard as a rock my large fry wasn’t in the bag and all of my food was cold including the fish sandwich I want a full refund. Please contact me because I tried calling the store no answer and you couldn’t leave a message.

I come here often and I just want to say Demetria is so nice! She goes out of her way to be kind and personable even in a rush. The last few times I’ve come, I’m having a bad day but her warmness cheers me up a little. Thank you Demetria!

I went through the drive thru this morning at 640am and I was the only car in the line. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and the service was quick but when I got to work 6 miles away, I took the biscuit out to eat it before I went in to work and there was only egg on the biscuit. I didn't have time to drive back unfortunately so I had to just eat it like it was. I cant believe they didn't notice the ONLY order they had wasn't right.
You have to focus on your customer ladies and gentleman! No exceptions to that rule!
I will check my order before I leave the window if I dine there at all! 😔

worst McDonald’s in Atlanta!!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service I’m trying to figure out, Do these people not have managers District/regional managers anymore because I don’t know how these people get away with such bad customer service every time.

This was a pretty good McDonalds. The food was great as expected, the service was alright they are just pretty distant as there arent typical cashiers just someone who occasionally comes up to see what people are waiting for.

Think about turning off your mobile order if you can’t have peoples food ready in time. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance then was made to wait another 15 in the store.

Edit to add: I don’t blame this on the employees. These lovely people are overworked, understaffed, and underpaid.

Inner city fast food restaurants still have a lot to learn and even more to offer if they just have the employees focus more on customer service, experience and satisfaction. Take notice of Chik-fil-la anywhere, everywhere. Everyone old enough needs a job, and just because it’s a fast food restaurant doesn’t mean that it takes all “ bottom feeders,” be proud of who you are and what you are accomplishing. If you are a cashier or a fry cook or burger prep, then be the best that you can, so when you go home, you can say to yourself, “JOB WELL DONE.

Just your average McDonald’s. When did their food become so expensive? An egg McMuffin meal with an extra sandwich was about $15. For the quality of the food, you should probably go to a real restaurant.

Ordered online. Not ready when we arrived(11:49a.m). Ordered 4 meals with soft drinks. No soft drinks-machine down. Burger sloppily assembled. See picture. Disappointed all around

Clearly nobody who works at this McDonald’s is competent enough to read nor problem solve. I ordered McDonalds through the McDelivery option on the app. I ordered a medium quarter pounder meal with a frozen drink & a vanilla shake. My entire order was cold upon arrival. Neither of my drinks were included & instead of a quarter pounder I got a regular one patty burger. I paid $18 for that y’all got to know I’m disputing the charge.
