Every time I order a chicken sandwich my bun is always burn the sandwich looks a mess especially at the evening hours. I was smelling something burning in my room and it was the deluxe chicken sandwich. My buns were black and this isn't the first or second time. Who's watching the people cooking this food. It cost to much to eat burnt food.

I did a mobile order with curbside pickup. Obviously, I prepaid for it. Unfortunately, it took almost 20 minutes after I arrived to get my food. That's means it took 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I would accept that if I hadn't seen 3 cars pull up, walk inside, and come out with their food while I was waiting. That's doesn't include the people who went thru drive thru. The person who finally brought me my food was friendly and had condiments ready. She is the only reason the service got a 2 instead of a1

Worst experience ever Dining area was hot mess greasy tables and just filthy. Food was burnt and literally had to run out of there after receiving my food. A Guy with a gun was just hanging out inside and employees seem to interact with this suspicious person. Never ever will return
