First time in a long time this location was please , Kassy who was expediting in drive thru was amazing and also the cashier with the green highlights. Extremely mature and high work ethic ! Any other day or time of the week this location sucks but today I’ll give it to them they did amazing.

The service here is always excellent. However the food can be a hit or miss. This is the 2nd time I had a not so pleasant experience. Who doesn’t love McDonald's fries? Nice, hot, right amount of salt...and only to get to the end and find hair stuck to one. 🤢 Another occasion I ordered a Hi C orange and there was mold stuck to the ice. Now granted this is the hood so the atmosphere fits the location but the employees are always professional, polite and try their best to accommodate the customers with no attitudes or kickback. Their professionalism is always excellent.

Employees closed the restaurant. Told me it would reopen in 30 minutes because they just had to switch over to breakfast. I waited the 30 minutes and the employee then tried to say they said an hour which is not true. So they had me wait for nothing essentially.
Ordered on the app with drive thru as the choice for pick up. As I pulled in I was pressed for time and the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I parked and went inside. I explained to the cashier my situation and waited. After waiting another 10 mins I asked to speak to manager. The manager told me they couldn't retrieve my order inside I would have to get back in the drive thru line. I waited another 10 mins for them to get my order they were even thinking of me. I left then tried to cancel the order the pick up confirmation code disappeared as if my order was picked up. I was still charged $10.00 for 2 filet fish and sweet tea. I will never go that location again. You should invest in new management because they give the company a bad look with the unprofessionalism.

This McDonald’s in Atlanta was very disappointing. At around 6–7 PM they didn’t have any sauces available, not even ketchup, which is surprising for a McDonald’s at that time of day. On top of that, the staff’s children were playing inside the restaurant, and the environment was not comfortable for eating. I drove from Charlotte to Atlanta and needed a place to relax and eat before driving back at night, but this location did not provide that at all. I was not satisfied.

Every time I come in, it’s always a bad experience first off. My niece and I were standing at the counter for a whole 10 minutes before they decided to take our order and then the light skin cheek proceeds to walk around with a nasty look on her face like Someone did something to her. and there was this black family. They were dining in, and she had to take their food to their table. She walked with the food with a nasty attitude and that really bothered me even though I had nothing to do with that once I got my food, the tables work a complete mess like no one came out and wipe the table I seen people laying down napkins on the table just to eat their food I would have taken more pictures of the employees, but I didn’t want to start any commotion, but just know I will never come back to the McDonald’s on Metropolitan

The parking lot was clean. I was warmly greeted when I entered the door. Her voice tone seemed genuine rather than mechanical. The workers seemed to be working and attending to the ordrs rather than horseplaying. The food was served fresh and hot. I was thanked for my patronage.
