I love this McDonald’s. Even though the line can get long the demand is expected because of the area that it is in. The staff is always respectful and kind. My food is always fresh. Today I came across both staff members named Aaliyah at the drive thru and was instantly reminded that I needed to leave a review. Their customer service is amazing! They get you in and out and make you feel valued. Kudos to this team!

I've got to be honest with you. I don't know what the atmosphere is there because I always use the drive-thru window. This store is busy but they get you through quick and the food's always hot. I don't go to McDonald's expecting a five-course meal or five-star restaurant, but they damn sure do a good adequate job and it's not an easy job. I'm grateful for them. Go with the the $5 McDouble meal. Lot of food for the money.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was awful—again. I stopped by yesterday after work to grab dinner for my sons because we were running late for their therapy appointment.

When I walked inside, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order and then come to the counter to pay if I was using cash. I was hesitant because the kiosk often has issues, but I went ahead and used it anyway. When I walked up to the counter to pay, I stood there for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Several employees saw me standing there and even made eye contact, but no one offered assistance or said a word.

The restaurant was not busy. I was the only customer inside at the time. While staff were packing drive-thru orders and some employees were walking through the lobby to take orders to cars, no one came to help me at the counter.

Eventually, a manager came over, packed my order, and handed me the bag. When I checked it, I noticed a sandwich was missing. I politely said, “I’m sorry, I’m missing a sandwich.” She took my receipt, grabbed the bag back, tossed the sandwich into it, and handed it back to me without saying a word—no apology, no acknowledgment.

This location has consistently poor customer service. No one is friendly, no one communicates, and customers are ignored. This store is in desperate need of retraining—both staff and management—especially when it comes to basic customer service and treating people with respect. Every time I come here, there is an issue. I will not be returning.

THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FIRST THEY FOR GET TO MAKE MY FOOD THEN HE HAS TO MAKE ..THEN WE HAD TO PULL OVER TO WAIT FOR THE FOOD AND THEN WHEN HE BROUGHT THE FOOD NO DRINKS THEN I HAD TO PULL AROUND TO ASK FOR MY DRINKS ITS TAKES 40 MINS TO GET IT

I don’t understand how a restaurant advertises 24-hours online and in person but when you come it’s never 24 hours. I work early morning shift 4/5am most mornings . I always come around that time and they are NEVER open. It’s very very disappointing, do better McDonald’s.
