Save yourself time and headache, just go the one on Cleveland Ave. There was hardly anybody in the drive through and two ppl waiting inside at this location. I’m trying to use the kiosk but it’s not working with my deals. I go the counter only for their whack ass lead to tell me they’re only taking orders from the kiosk. Mind you it’s 7 pm and again, they were not packed. Go to the one on Cleveland! Great customer service and not dumbasses doing the most👌🏾

Totally friendly fast efficient and fresh food on top
The food was not flavorful even though everything was hot and fresh. I requested for my food to be brought to my table. I instead had to pick it up. The workers all seemed uninterested and detached from their duties. The dining area was somewhat clean. A little too intimate for my taste (in terms of the proximity of the tables). There is no ambience or appreciation for the customer. This ain't the McDonald's I grew up with! 👎🏾

I made a mobile order & wanted an extra fry;…but I received fries fried with old grease and was told that it’s normal for now and they’re waiting for new oil to get hot!? Didn’t offer another option; the staff just looked at me and I pulled off.
Plus, they’re COLD. This is confirmation to STOP EATING this processed food.
