Customer Service awesome the Manager Lady had my food corrected and fresh. Ordered Sausage Egg Cheese Griddle combo with coffee....Thanks a Million pretty clean place from counter to Restroom.
First time in a long time this location was please , Kassy who was expediting in drive thru was amazing and also the cashier with the green highlights. Extremely mature and high work ethic ! Any other day or time of the week this location sucks but today I’ll give it to them they did amazing.
The service here is always excellent. However the food can be a hit or miss. This is the 2nd time I had a not so pleasant experience. Who doesn’t love McDonald's fries? Nice, hot, right amount of salt...and only to get to the end and find hair stuck to one. 🤢 Another occasion I ordered a Hi C orange and there was mold stuck to the ice. Now granted this is the hood so the atmosphere fits the location but the employees are always professional, polite and try their best...
