As an uber eats delivery, I have to admit I feel disapointed. Staff was extremely rude and would constantly whine about wanting to go home. When a customet arrived for their order, the woman started cursing the customer once he had enough of her attitude. Completely unprofessional, you need to pick a better staff.

I normally don't have an issue with this location but today I did a mobile order $5 meal Deal with a sweet tea no onions or pickles on the burger. They were extremely busy but it's around lunch time so the employees should be able to handle the orders. Get to the window the guy is handing me a coke. No I have a sweet tea. Then he says you have a happy meal....no I have the mobile order he then says right the happy meal....no I have the double cheeseburger. I had to pull my receipt. I was told to go to the 3rd window to pick up my order. I'm now like i have to get back to work. I finally get my order drive off only to smell onions. I'm like I don't have time to go back. There is onions on both sides and in-between the burgers. A mess. I was disgusted!! I need you all at McDonald's to get it together. Pay attention to the order. This was unacceptable!!

Don't bother ordering from this restaurant if it's dark, raining, or a day that ends in y. We waited in a curbside spot for 20 minutes before our order was marked as delivered even though no one came to our car. We went inside and waited another 20 minutes for someone to notice us. When someone finally came to the counter, they told us "it's dark and raining... We don't go out there when it's dark and raining". I'm sorry, what??! Somehow, we as customers are supposed to know this weird, lazy, unspoken rule at this restaurant. Our order was done, just sitting behind the counter with about a half a dozen other gradually cooling orders. We were so fed up that we didn't even notice that we were given zero sauces for 3 orders of nuggets. Y'all, do not bother with this establishment. Drive to any other McDonald's.
Mcgriddle didn't have the taste of other McDonald's locations. I asked for a refill and was told no. Which is something I've never heard of from a McDonald's. I wasn't gonna leave a review, but that really upset me

Waited 30 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and fry. Employees and manager was no help. As soon as I came in the store the employee said my order wasn’t ready without asking for my code. Said it was no other pickups but it became 10 people waiting after me and other people got they orders before me

I’m dealing with a severe cold, flu, and sore throat, so I decided to go with McDonald’s. I specifically ordered for the sweet and sour sauce, but when my meal arrived, not a single sauce was included. This is really frustrating, and honestly, I won’t be ordering from DoorDash again.
