The people who work night shift on thursday, terrible service . Worker came on to intercom to ask for my order and upon speaking she was interrupted by her coworker. I continued talking, unaware that she’s not taking my order. I stop talking when i realize and instead of her saying one second, I waited around 10 minutes before she got back on speaker as if nothing happened. Not only was she not listening to my order I asked for a caramel frappe and she kept sighing upon taking my order. After i was done she told me to pull up to the front window, upon me getting to the front and paying for my order. She told me that the didn’t have caramel frappe. so i told her a medium sprite cause i didn’t wanna coke and said that was fine. I get to the second window and this man gives me my food and gives me a coke so apparently she didn’t change it. Honestly i typically go in the morning cause the workers are respectful but i won’t be going at night after this.

One of those McDonald’s that if you want your food quick you should call ahead. The staff are so nice that I have to leave them a good review but nice and slow isn’t what I want from a fast food establishment. Unbearably slow.

This is the most efficient McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. The parking and drive through situation isn’t ideal but the staff works like a hot knife through butter.

What a horrible experience! It was busy when I pulled into the drive thru but nothing too crazy. I pulled into the front because now it was my turn to order but no one was answering. After another 10 minutes someone finally responded and I started ordering. As I was announcing my order I was being interrupted by the other coworkers over the monitor. I would not hear the voice of the person taking my order or my own because every in the back was talking. Me and my little sister ordered the strawberry pies, but once we got to the front they said they didn’t have any. Even though we already payed for them. I suggested to the server that we could just have two of the chocolate chip cookies instead, but she said I am not giving you two free cookie totes bc we did not have strawberry pies. Even though I never asked for that she was very rude and tried making it sound like I was trying to get free stuff. None of this would have happened if the staff just payed attention when I was ordering and communicated well with one another. Thank you!
It is not possible that the girl didn't gave me the milkshake and she forgot the toy almost, and there's no refund, I want my money back.

I walked in but completely lost my appetite and left. I was starving, but refused to eat there. It was so nasty inside the lobby, I can only imagine the conditions in the back.

By far the worst McDonald's experience I’ve had. The fries tasted like they been well passed the 7 min hold time. I asked was the fries fresh and the response from the manager was yes I just put them down. My order was a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal. The burger was descent definitely wasn’t hot and fresh, really the only satisfying thing was the sprite I had with the meal. This was a disappointment given the fact I haven’t eaten at McDonalds in about 3 1/2 years because of a bad experience in Tennessee. I decided to give it another shot, because one of my clients gave me a card for a combo meal. Please we have to do better.
