I come here every morning and normally they cashier is nice but this new lady with brown braids was rude from the time I ordered until the time I came to the windows if you are going to be in customer service then treat people how you want to be treated

The people who work here are SO rude. They act like you're inconveniencing them by ordering food? Food is always cold, hard, and the order is wrong 9 times out of 10. Idk what's going on here, but it's BAD. So glad to be moving soon.

Darrious was immaculate at the front counter despite it being new years he had great energy he was welcoming considering most people eat out on the holidays due to not having family and he made me feel so welcomed and he immediately addressed all my needs with no hesitation immediately!!! Darrius is a exceptional worker give him his flowers asap ‼️

Every mcdonalds stays open late but of course this one, the one closest to me with horrible reviews, closes early. The owner doesn’t even respond to the bad reviews, they just copy and paste a generic response to any negative review received. Nice.

One of the least reliable McDonalds in the area. Had placed a mobile order here and got there at around 10:15pm just for them to say they were closed 45 minutes before the official closing time. I’d understand if it was 5-10 minutes before closing. But 45 minutes??? Insane. This isn’t even the first time this has happened before. And the kicker? Cancelled my mobile order just for the app to say it’ll take up to 7 days to get my refund.

If you order a McFlurry, they will just give you ice cream with Oreo sprinkled on top. The first time it happened I thought it was a mistake. Then it happened again, I told them I wanted it mixed in, they told me the machine was down. I asked which machine and told him I wanted the Oreo mixed in (again) and magically the machine was working again. It took approximately 13 seconds to mix it in. Sad because it was just sheer laziness and then they lied
