Came through the drive through this morning around 6:23 and ordered a chicken biscuit and it was undercooked. I wasn't upset because I understand things happen in fast food, but when I return back to the store the lady who worked the drive through was very unprofessional and rude.. This is the type of service we get from our own people in our community. My wife is a business owner in this community and there has been many complaints about this McDonald's and the businesses nearby, the owner of this restaurant really needs to do a better job at training their employees and teaching them the importance of good service to the community.I pray she has a better day.
