The counter staff was rude. One ignored me the other had zero customer service skills. I did a mobile order for the 1st time. I didn't know if I put in a breakfast order at 10:25am I had to pick up before breakfast ended. I thought the food would be ready when I got there. She don't make it close to 10:30am. So it didn't go through, it will cancel. You need to get a refund. I'm like okay give me a refund. She said we don't give refunds here, you need to go online. I'm like but why didn't you say that right from the start.

I was asked to pull into a parking space and I only ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no one was in the drive through..I came inside to use the restroom only the manager had the code..the restroom was disgusting..it smelled of vomit and the toilet tissue was changed up…the sink had a half finished drink on it and there were balls of toilet tissue all over the floor.when I tried to address the issue with the manager he rolled his eyes and ignored me

I sat there waiting for my order and witnessed a lady bring her order back in twice because of the food not being prepared correctly. I get my order and the grill slip clearly states how I customized my order,but of course it was prepared incorrectly. They might need to get the cook some reading lessons or glasses.

Very poor customer service. Every time I come in the store I’m waiting 5 mins for a cashier, and then 20 mins for my order. They only focus on driver thru which is ridiculous. The cashier would look at me waiting and still not come take my order… HORRIBLE
