Ordered 2 boba teas. One was good the other tasted so bad neither I nor my sister could drink it. We asked for it to be switched with another drink, seeing as I paid close to $20. The manager wouldn’t give us any exchange or compromise. The other tea was delicious, but unfortunately this is a shop I won’t ever come to due to the poor customer service and refusal to switch out a drink a customer paid $8+ for.

Mango strawberry ice shavings is very good. Large portions enough for 3 people. Highly recommended.

best boba in the plaza. the girl in the front who always wears a bandana on her head is very sweet and she’s the best barista this location has. i got the caramel pudding milk tea and it was perfectly sweet and balanced. the place is pretty big and clean. 10/10 drinks 10/10 service. so much better than the other places around here
