Mellow Mushroom Atlanta - Emory

Great MM pizza, sometimes a little slow on getting drink refills and checks. HORRENDOUS parking situation if going during peak times (think noon and six).

The food is always good here, I’ve had a variety of things including their pizza, burgers and hoagies. The servers are always pleasant and the atmosphere is wonderful, sort of like a chill place to hangout, I do miss the pinball machines though!

Definitely one of the smallest Mellow Mushrooms I have been to, so it can feel a little cramped. Parking is also very limited. However, the food is very good like most Mellow Mushrooms and they have events like trivia.

We’ve been going to this location since the 90’s. Very consistent through the years.

Mel was so welcoming the moment we walked into the door. Service was quick and the pizza was hot and fresh. I would 1000% come again.

I really love the community of this place and the management is awesome. Such a welcoming atmosphere

It was good and yummy , my surprise was they were out of ice on a Saturday evening. But the rest was good, and not crowded

My favorite Mellow Mushroom location. Everyone is always really friendly, it’s clean, and there’s always parking. The person who helped me today was also super nice. This spot never disappoints :)

5 starts across the board! I've always wanted to try this place and it did NOT disappoint. I can't wait for my daughter in California to visit so we can go here. I really want to try the spinach and artichoke dip! The pizza was fantastic, the service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and eclectic. Great time.

Ordered take out an hour before I would be there as I was very tight on time. Set pick up time for 12-12:20. Got there at 12:20 and they hadn't even started my pizza. They didn't look overwhelming busy, so not sure why it wasn't ready.

AVOID DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS!! It is EXTREMELY unreliable! The food is great, the place is great but never order it delivery, go get it. In person this place is 5 starts. Your delivery will take 1.5 hrs PLUS and you’ll get cold pizza.

EDIT: I originally gave this place one star in service for the long delivery time and the cold pizza. Later the same evening, I received an email apologizing for the long wait time after I answered their feedback email. They were sincere and without me even asking they refunded the cost of our order. NOW THATS customer service. Things don’t go right everytime, but it’s what you do to make it right that separates the top shelf places from the bottom of the barrel spots. We LOVE MM and will continue to give them our business not because they’re always perfect, but because they ALWAYS take care of their customers!
