Foods awful, service is awful, they screw up your orders and don’t care! Won’t do a damn thing about it..: spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered food for team. The pizzas were amazing. They were promptly ready and the staff was able to help with plates, silverware, and napkins. What more could you ask for.

Service was really good. Food was not like it usually is, pizza tasted like it was reheated or something. Very chewy and not fresh.

This mellow mushroom charges $1.50 per side of Esperanza dressing in the tiny size. All other stores I’ve been to charge maybe 50 cents and it’s often a bigger size. They’re price gouging everything. They didn’t even remember our Esperanza until we noticed, so we almost paid 4.50 for 3 dressings we didn’t even get until we reminded them on a to-go order. Either way…. 4.50 for dressing and we got less than 3 ounces?? Scummy. It’s a pizza place. Go back to the large size dressing cups and charge maybe 75 cents and I’ll remove this review.

Paid $40 for a pizza to be given almost empty spicy ranch containers.
Pretty good pizza. This location always undercooks our pizza and they always forget to include something from our order. I really like the Super Pep.

All I want is for the kitchen to learn how to use the pizza slicer. Or maybe you need new utensils. THE PIZZA IS NEVER SLICED PROPERLY! We always have to use a butter knife to finish the job. Embarrassing for a pizza joint.

I’m new to the area, but a BIG fan of MM. Upon entry it’s a very cozy location and they definitely ensured they played any and every sport airing. The young lady at the to go counter was extremely sweet and ensured that she filled me on the status of order every time there was an update. But here’s the difficult part, the staff cleanliness. In a matter of 10 minutes I watched one server blow his nose (loudly), put the napkin in his apron, and the proceeded to pick up someone’s pizza with his bare hands and brought it to a table. Shortly after that I watched another server who appeared to be off the clock but still in her MM uniform, leave from the booth she was at walk into the kitchen, grab what appeared to be pepperoni also with her bare hands continued to eat them as she was walking out of the kitchen back to her booth. Shortly after that, there was a young lady in the kitchen who was in the midst of kitchen staff cooking and as she was communicating with another kitchen staff member she was eating what appeared to be ice cream. If it weren’t for the fact that I had already paid for my order and could see my order being made, I would’ve definitely cancelled my order and left. The likelihood of me returning to this location isn’t really likely do to the lack of cleanliness amongst the staff, which is unfortunate because the food at MM’s is always a hit.
