Had a great time at Mellow Mushroom Atlanta! Ordered the Shroom Tea and a medium House Special pizza. Both were amazing. The mushroom theme and ambiance were fun and unique, and my waitress was super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend!

Keep in mind we visited during 2 major college football opening games and Dragoncon!!
The food was great as to be expected from Mellow Mushroom! We did have to wait a little while for our pizza, around 45 minutes, but they were slammed. We also had to wait for our water, as the waitress forgot, but again it was slammed packed, so I can't really put much blame on her. She was extremely apologetic and made extra effort to make up for afterward. The greeter and waitress were very friendly,

Pizza brought to table COLD. They were happy to make another one, 30-45 minutes after 1st 30 minute wait. How do manage to deliver cold pizza inside the establishment that makes the pizza?
We are here well in town for Dragon con, and we’ve eaten at their other location in Williamsburg. This is such a great restaurant. Not only do they have an amazing gluten-free crust for their pizza, they have great drinks and the artwork is so much fun. Our waitress was super friendly. We just had a great time eating here.

The dough they use for the pizza and the sauce - absolutely delicious! We ordered two medium pizzas but one would have been enough for the three of us. Salad was yummy too. Minus one star for slow service. Check out the interesting sculptures on the BeltLine (stretch of walkway with the Playa Bowl store) that were donated by this restaurant.
It was the best pizza I've ever had.

Ok, I live above this location and only eat there on occasion. They messed up my order and I walked back down to get it fixed.
The management did a good job trying to correct the error. Even though they forgot to put blue cheese in my cobb, and was out of it.......the feta cheese comprise actually turned out to be even better. The salad turned out amazing. Id order again with feta instead of blue cheese. The feta they use is fresh and moist not that dry salty stuff I was expecting.
I know..... ordering a salad at a pizza place, lol. I do adore their pizza. The buffalo chicken is my personal favorite. So in short its a great option if your downtown atlanta.
Amazing food, vegan friendly
I love frequenting this establishment. It’s within walking distance of my home, so its location very convenient. It’s normally fairly slow, unless there’s an event going on in the Downtown area. When the events occur, it’s packed right out. My favorite bartender, Kennedy, works on Thursday evenings. Stop by then for great conversation and drinks.
Service was slightly slow but the food was fantastic. I would definitely go back.
Waited for almost two hours since the time we ordered it. Took a whole nap in the restaurant before it was done. Also the worst pizza I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating. How do you mess up pepperoni?
