Mellow Mushroom Downtown Atlanta

It was the best pizza I've ever had.

Ok, I live above this location and only eat there on occasion. They messed up my order and I walked back down to get it fixed.

The management did a good job trying to correct the error. Even though they forgot to put blue cheese in my cobb, and was out of it.......the feta cheese comprise actually turned out to be even better. The salad turned out amazing. Id order again with feta instead of blue cheese. The feta they use is fresh and moist not that dry salty stuff I was expecting.

I know..... ordering a salad at a pizza place, lol. I do adore their pizza. The buffalo chicken is my personal favorite. So in short its a great option if your downtown atlanta.

Amazing food, vegan friendly

I love frequenting this establishment. It’s within walking distance of my home, so its location very convenient. It’s normally fairly slow, unless there’s an event going on in the Downtown area. When the events occur, it’s packed right out. My favorite bartender, Kennedy, works on Thursday evenings. Stop by then for great conversation and drinks.

Service was slightly slow but the food was fantastic. I would definitely go back.

Waited for almost two hours since the time we ordered it. Took a whole nap in the restaurant before it was done. Also the worst pizza I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating. How do you mess up pepperoni?

An added bonus was the franchise owner being on-site, which really set the tone for a friendly and well-managed environment. The owner’s positive rapport with the staff was evident and added a welcoming feel to the place. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, a relaxed atmosphere, and quick service, Mellow Mushroom is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Outside of the service and atmosphere, I am unable to give a rating on the food. Based on our colleagues recommendation we visited this location only to be disappointed. We waited for approximately 30 minutes for our food only to find out our order was never received by the cook.

They did comp us our drinks for the inconvenience; however, everyone in our group left disappointed and hungry.

The lavender blueberry drink was good. But that’s all I have to say.

They have a good gluten free crust, and the atmosphere is great! This was our last night visiting beautiful Atlanta. Nick was our server and he gave us the greatest service we had our whole visit. He was very friendly and personable! He even offered to take our picture! It was a great way to wrap up our trip.

The pizza was spot on and our server Cat gave us amazing service she was super sweet and kind and all together made sure that our table was well taken care of!
