My partner and I just came from dragoncon, dressed up kind of like office workers but for a different costume. We went to go pay and one of the teenage girls asked if we worked around here. We said no, it was for a costume. She asked from what and we said an anime. She started bursting out laughing at us in our faces. Just kept laughing the whole time while the other girl made faces. She ended up giving our order to us free though? We just wanted icecream, not to get laughed at for dressing up for an event. I thought stuff like this only happened in bad movies, but guess not. Disgusting service.

Store was completely DISGUSTING! The door was covered in a nasty residue and the floors were disgusting! The employees were just standing around when it was a lot to be cleaned. There were dirty topping containers and dirty countertops. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all!

If for some reason you like expired tasting yogurt and having comments about your weight made by the young girls working the register, this is the place for you. Besides the yogurt that looked and tasted like sour milk, the employees comments made to my friend were especially disturbing. Overall a nasty store, both employee and ambience wise.

This place was absolutely insane in all the worst ways. The two younger girls working the counter were extremely disrespectful whispering making weird and rude comments about how much I spent on my yogurt.. it was only $8. As a past food service worker, I understand how stressful it can be when you first get a job, but don’t project your anger or insecurities to your customers it’s so disrespectful and just flat out cruel. On top of that whole situation, the entire place was just so gross and not clean in any capacity.. the entire toppings bar was just so so disgusting it was WILD! Anyways, if you wanna good place to go to have some young preppy girls make comments towards you in front of your face, go here…

Just picked up some dessert here and I’m disgusted. I took one bite of my yogurt and it was sour, fizzy, and left a burning feeling on my tongue. Definitely spoiled, hopefully I don’t get sick off just the one bite. Not to mention this place is nasty inside which should’ve been my first clue, my bad. Will never be back here and don’t recommend for anyone. I’m a froyo nostalgia lover but unfortunately the age of froyo is so done. Menchies you should be counting your days #makefroyogreatagain

First of all the place is not clean at all. Second of all there were two girls at the counter working who didn’t bother to help at all when needed. All the yogurt machines except for TWO, all came out as liquid, not frozen at all. As for the toppings, there were maybe 5 containers full, out of maybe 20?! That’s crazy. The workers did not seem to care at all and couldn’t even make eye contact with customers.

The worst experience of my life. The old men who works here is so mean and racist. Calling lady on “n” word just because she have a different colour of skin, so pathetic. And being mean to kids because they dropped some of the toppings by a mistake. I didn’t gave any tip and he was so mad about that but giving a tip for what?! I hope he’s not a manager and the real manager will do something with this man. Until he won’t change or better will be fired I totally do not recommend to go there. And one more thing I asked about gluten free flavours because one of the kids that I’m taking care of have celiac and this man told me that all the flavours are gluten free. I’m happy that I checked this by myself because it could end at the hospital
