I am extremely disappointed in how this establishment is run. Upon arrival, we were not greeted just stared at. The middle-aged staff member had headphones on and was scrolling through her phone. This was our first, and will certainly be our last, visit.
The inside was unacceptably dirty, and the flavors were equally disappointing. For a business serving the public, I would expect far higher standards of cleanliness and quality. I could just as easily submit a complaint to the health department, because the conditions I witnessed were not acceptable.
As a proud Sandy Springs resident who values and supports local businesses, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my dollars will be spent elsewhere.

We have been coming to this for place for many years but the service has gone down so much to the point we don’t recommend this place to anybody. Students working at the front have no interest. Swirls don’t work and frozen yogurt comes in a blop. So many flavors were out. I hope this place gets revived.

The condition of the store isn’t very clean at all. Upon walking into the store there was a foul odor. How can a simple self serve ice cream store be so dirty? This location needs a lot of improvement

This place has greatly decreased in quality. Disgusting and sticky mess everywhere with apathetic employees and several broken machines. Find somewhere else.

I'm at Menchies a couple of times a month and usually the teeny-bopper behind the counter is halfway polite. But today, the girl behind the register was clearly just biding time til closing. Not only did she hardly say a word to us at checkout, she barely looked up from her phone while doing it. Truth told, I think I've had more engaging conversations with prison guards. I know Menchies isn't haute cuisine, but at least hire workers who have SOME interpersonal skills, lest your 2.8 rating declines even further.

Well I wouldn’t write this review if it was a one off or if it wasn’t my neighborhood store. This place sucks! It’s 8:45 and the guy here has packed away all of the toppings. Just came in with 6 people. All filled up our bowls just to see they are all gone! Yup you close at 9 so that means restock until then. What a shame because tons of people are coming in. And employees…when a store closes at 9 that means you close up shop then. Not before then!

They have many options for frozen yogurt there, like cookie and cream, peach, pistachio, vanilla and more. Also, many toppings and sauces to add on. But there was only one staff there but the place really crowded. The tables and chairs were really dirty and have sauces everywhere when we were there. They also have outdoor area to hang out and some tables inside.

I’ve never written a Google review before but this was the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever been in. The kids working had the place closed an hour before it was supposed to, with no toppings left and the ice cream machine was not working correctly. I feel like they forgot to add milk to the machine? I would give it 0 stars if I could… my heart is BROKEN I miss Menchie’s
