All 3 workers just talked and did not greet people, while there weren't any strawberries, tables dirty in and out of the store

They have many options for frozen yogurt there, like cookie and cream, peach, pistachio, vanilla and more. Also, many toppings and sauces to add on. But there was only one staff there but the place really crowded. The tables and chairs were really dirty and have sauces everywhere when we were there. They also have outdoor area to hang out and some tables inside.

Tasteless, like ice with food coloring

Missing multiple flavors of frozen yogurt - spots for them aren't filled with other options, just left empty. Staff not friendly.

I’ve never written a Google review before but this was the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever been in. The kids working had the place closed an hour before it was supposed to, with no toppings left and the ice cream machine was not working correctly. I feel like they forgot to add milk to the machine? I would give it 0 stars if I could… my heart is BROKEN I miss Menchie’s

horrible experience customer service was trash, man caught an attitude when I asked for a tester cup said that they no longer do test cups. I just went to another one a week ago, and I could use a tester cup, I believe it was racially motivated.

this place is disrespectful, disgusting, and unprofessional. i love menchies and have been going to this one for quite some time now. in the last couple months, this is the 4th time something i’ve tasted has been spoiled. its nasty. the people working there are just teenagers that dont know how to be professional. they argue with me every time i ask them to fix the spoiled problem. never going there again. please dont go there and get food poisoning. 💗

This is the nastiest food and beverage establishment I have ever visited - it will also be the last. I will never support an establishment that is this dirty. There were ice cream drippings and stains all on the walls, machines and floors. The toppings were all on the countertops and floors. When I brought it the associates attention, she laughed and carried on eating her frozen yogurt. I asked if there were any other associates in the building she responded “yeah, in the back”. Why isn’t the other associate cleaning? Please do better.

Me and my boyfriend love menchies as a chain but a few quick critiques:
- not a fan on the iPad automatically charging gratuity unless you physically opt for no tip. Feels deceptive like the intention is in hopes that customer fail to notice.
- samples are no longer offered. Again inconsiderate to the consumer experience

Yes it is sticky but it’s a frozen yogurt shop so I don’t think we can escape that. But I will keep going back bc I know I can rely on my tried and tried order

Everything is sticky. Can tell it’s ran by teenagers.

Easily the filthiest eating establishment I have ever visited in this country. Every surface (i.e. floors, walls, counters, tables, windows, doors, yogurt dispensers, topping containers) is covered in layers of grime and built-up splatters that look like they have never been cleaned.

Genuinely terrible. The toppings and chocolate topping were actually foul tasting. They tasted like old plastic that had been sitting out for weeks. No flavors. The chocolate tasted like alcohol. It sucks. It’s overpriced. The inside of the store was also disgusting. No sample cups. Trash everywhere. Go to yogli mogli instead.

This place is so dirty!
We went in to see employees sitting around. Asked for a sample cup and he said - oh just use a spoon… when we went to the machines they were filthy … we chose to just leave bc we didn’t want to risk getting sick.. Laziness can get ppl sick!

The “Buy One, Get One Night” promotion was yet another classic example of corporate bait-and-switch tactics. Nowhere in the advertising did it mention that the second cup wasn’t actually free—this crucial detail was conveniently revealed only at the counter after complaints. It’s exhausting how these corporations continue to push misleading promotions, squeezing every last dollar while pretending to offer a deal.
